Mic depends on if you wanna record voice and guitar separately or not. And usb or odherwise. Godcastage does great reviews, but for your style, in comparison, Cavetown used usb AT2020 or AT2040 or something like that for years and it was fantastic. For a more pointed microphone it is hard to go wrong with sm57, but dhat just captures whats right in front and required lots of gear.
Id look into the ATs from audio techinica i mentioned, check podcastage reviews and cavetown vids for context. It's almost as much about what you do with the sound afterwards today, because so many microphones are essentially great.

maybe because I sing rock, I hear it just fine.
The only thing I would do the sound is to take away some reverb, the strings do not quite sound loud enough to blend with your voice, in my opinion
I hope you make original songs as well. I feel like you would get more subscribers that way.
