As a kid I loved plot driven cartoons mixed with humor. Today, people think stupidity, gross out and mean spirited humor is what entertains kids. I don't understand it. Not to mention some kids shows get way too political these days.
I know there were some mean spirited humor in the 90s and early 2000s, but at least there was balance and done in a way I could enjoy it. Nowadays, it's become too in your face.
Yeah cartoons have loss the subtle magic that made when soo memorable in the past
What were some of your favourites ones?
@@cartooniverse I liked alot of shows of the 90s. I also like some classics since the early 1900s , mid 1900s like 40s to 70s, and 80s. I normally watched from the 3 main cartoon channels, but there was a couple of others I liked.
From the 90s, my favorites were rugrats, ahh really monsters, Doug, etc. I like some live action shows too like all that, secret world of Alex Mac and more.
From cartoon network, again there's several but my favorites were Courage the Cowardly Dog, powerpuff girls, what a cartoon show, Atomic Betty and codename kids next door.
From Disney, same thing, including movies, which I loved. but my favorite cartoons were ducktales, the Aladdin series, Disney's Tarzan series and Lilo and Stitch.
I also loved Peanuts/Charlie Brown.
What about you?
What you mentioned are some that i really liked as well, but I've also dabbled in some of the more recent shows like regular show and adventure time. Based on your reply, i feel like you would be interested in the learning the history of cartoons which i have a video on so feel free to check it out if you're interested
That last part is worse. It's bad enough thry look and act ugly now they wanna preach to us but think preaching stops being boring outside of church

Cartoons uses to be a Family friendly But Nowadays it's just EVIL and bad 👎 Right in front of you no longer hidden but always up in your face, a little kid of any kind should not be left alone in front of the TV when EVIL is on, People Need to start watching there Kids More than ever, because what you watch becomes what you do or what you say.
Adult humor in old cartoons: Subtle humor about economics, pop culture trends that are silly.
Adult humor in modern cartoons: in your face references to stuff that was popular during childhood of an adult who's watching it.
To put it simply: In old cartoons, adult humor was made for... actual working adults with mature mindsets. Modern adult humor is aimed at kidult geeks.
So basically humor for adult cartoons back in the day were more relatable for adults while modern cartoons are just edgy jokes?
Animation is such a scary career to take as it is extremely demanding for a project that is almost garanteed to be disliked by its audience. Ive worked in animation a few times before and it really gets me wondering « whats the point of working for this if no ones gonna like it? »
For the passion of making a show that you not many people will like but there will be one person who will be inspired but what you worked to put on a screen
But that’s awesome that you worked in the industry, how is it like?
You've described video game developing and perhaps movie making?
I'm starting to believe what I read. That these are passion careers, where you're willing to be subjected to almost pre workers laws just because you love it so much.
Must be soul crushing.

Part of the problem is everything looks the same. In the 2000s show all looked different and unique.
Yeah, in past, everhthink has a characteristic spirit
Especially the overuse of the bean mouth/head style of the 2010s.
better put: Back then cartoons were made with passion for entertainment. Today Kid's shows are made to distract kids to give the parents a break.
it's weird how even though art has progressed to such a high quality. it's like they started over when they switched to digital over hand drawn animation. it's like right when they finally started perfecting animation and art, they said this is too good. let's do something different. and now they've reverted back to early animation levels of quality imo
Computers came to make everything better and cheaper.
Somehow though, the studios took them and decided to make stuff cheaply and rushed.
Apparently they don't remember how much extras, scenary, extra workers and physical effects used to cost.
The shows nowadays have a weird similarly.
It's as if it's all made by the team or computer that rendered the Simpsons and Futurama.
Remember back when Cartoons had their signature?
You could tell you were watching Nickelodeon for their design for example.
I could tell from the moment I saw Milo Murphy's Law that it was from the makers of Phineas and Ferb - Yet I could still see somehow a sharp drop in the quality.
It looks like the cartoon shows that didn't have much budget in the past.
Maybe the studios realized that if those could make money, there was no need to invest or give the animators time.
What about preschool programs
its a monopoly
I miss the 70s and 80s Saturday morning cartoons. The company's like Hanna Barbarian, Ruby and Spears mad very good cartoons. Like Scooby Doo and Dungeons & Dragons. And I learn a lot from School House Rock. Good Times. The big problem the quality has gone down like m music was awesome in the 60, 70, and 80,s 90s still good to.. Evan movies and tv shows are not good as it ones was. Nobody can come up with anything new or original today. From music, movies & tv or cartoons. Everything has been done.
It is surprising that approximately the same situation occurred half a century ago. Previously, animation of the 1940s and early 1950s was considered a benchmark. Younger children watched good fairy-tale Disney cartoons. And teenagers and adults loved to watch Looney Tunes because of the presence of adult black humor and cruel crazy toons. However, then televisions came into fashion, which is why studios began to promote their cartoons there. Looney Tunes got the most: because of their harsh humor on TV, small children could now see it, and as a result, their mothers began to complain massively about them. As a result, by the end of the 1950s, inappropriate jokes had to be censored and cut out. In the first half of the 1960s, the situation worsened when after the civil rights protests, the US invasion of Vietnam, the popularity of the Beatles, hippie fashion, sexual revolution, and so on. All this provoked a new culture and, at the same time, the beginning of economic problems in the country, because of which there was now total censorship in cartoons, and at the same time huge budget cuts for animation and mass layoffs of employees. That's why animation has become so cheap and minimalistic in everything. Because of this, teenagers and adults stopped watching them, which is why Looney Tunes had to close in 1969 after 40 years of existence. Disney had no problems with censorship because of their children's fairy tales, but they also had to cut animation funding and fire employees so that soon new cartoons were practically not created. So from the 1960s to the late 1980s, there was a dark era of animation. At this time in the West in the 1980s, for the first time there was a boom in Japanese animation, which in the West began to be broadcast on TV and on cassettes. At that time, she was distinguished by her highly developed animation and adult humor and plot, which is why everyone began to fear that the Japanese would destroy Western animation with their culture and take over the whole world with their culture. This to some extent served as an incentive for the future revival of Western animation. Everything changed when in 1988 the cartoon Who Framed Roger Rabbit was released, on which Disney and the Warner Brothers worked. This cartoon managed to play on the nostalgia of those who watched old cartoons as a child. As a result, Disney fans created the Little Mermaid who had a box office success, and then Aladdin and so on. And Looney Tunes fans began to create adult cartoons where censorship had disappeared by that time, and as a result, cartoons with black humor such as Ren and Stimpy, The Simpsons, South Park, Family Guy, and so on appeared. And for younger children, a Cartoon Network was launched where Dexter's Laboratory, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Samurai Jack, and so on appeared. And also revived cartoons on superheroes such as Spider-Man or Batman, where the animation quality was already at the level of the Japanese. This new silver age of animation lasted from the 1990s until the end of the 2000s, the consequences of the 2008 economic crisis adversely affected the entire global economy, which is why animation was cut back and employees were dismissed en masse. And although it became easier for animators to draw on a computer, it did not help them to improve it because of overwork and tight deadlines. Also, a new cultural trend in the first half of the 2010s influenced cartoons where total censorship on any humor that could somehow hurt someone appeared again, not only for children's but also for adult cartoons. Politics has gone deep into new cartoons promoting LGBT, feminism, and people with mental disorders. So cartoons not only began to look cheap, but also ugly, and it's okay if they looked caricatured as they did in the 1990s or 1940s, now new cartoons look like a fantasy of a 5-year-old child where everything is so pink and harmless. Probably that's why today's youth began to stop watching Western cartoons and replaced them with watching anime. And animation studios have become either absorbed by Disney or closed down, as the Cartoon Network recently closed, repeating the fate of Looney Tunes. And now, this time, the Japanese campaign still managed to crush Western animation by bringing their own figure into our lives, this can be seen by the fact that every second anime has avatars, and now anyone has watched anime at least once. Anime styles and mascots are also popular in advertisements now. However, I would not like the dominance of anime, there are good things in it, as in the works of the same Miyazaki, but otherwise the anime is a solid jerky animation with eternally emotional, psychotic characters, as well as the themes of sex and girly underpants. And I'm really sorry that Western animation has been failing for more than 10 years. I grew up on it all my childhood and every year it was hard for me to see how what was a symbol of your childhood gradually degrades and dies before your eyes. It remains to be hoped that sooner or later in 10-20 years, the so-called "new Roger Rabbit" will appear, which will launch a new renaissance in Western animation, giving it a bright future😢

I’d Choose Looney Tunes Over Modern Cartoons
Because Looney Tunes have Fresh Flair and The Slapstick Comedy Is Just straight up Gold and Animators during the Golden Years at Warner Bros. Studios have Their Own Characters and Looney Tunes had Writing and Animation. But To Modern Cartoons are Immoral and they don’t Have Innovation
do people only care about the money nowadays more than entertaining other people?
The nostalgia is not the issue, the problem is that most of the modern cartoons are ether having low efort hunor, lazy animation, or even worst lazy writting, there is no soul behind them, yes there are some that are enjoyable but it does not compare to thoes from the 90's to 2000 because these animations had heart an pasion on them, i am aware of the state of animations and how long it takes but you have to remember that the big corpos would ether push trash such as disney who lost their charm and crwativity and thoes like warner bros discovery who cancel all the new shows that where supoes to be airing
Kid Cosmic was the only good cartoon on Netflix

I Agreed about you, Classic Cartoon (Like SpongeBob SquarePants, The Simpsons, Popeye the Sailor Man, Wallace & Gromit, Pink Panther, Tom & Jerry, Oggy & The Cockroaches, Toy Story, Shrek, Fireman Sam, The Smurfs and Curious George) are better.
I'm just glad Blue Eye Samurai came out in November 2023. It was a breath of air that was much better than oxygen
The Bruce Timm glory days DCAU and renaissance-era Disney will always be the best
Unfortunately because of greed a lot of talented animators can't show there talent and are forced to create low quality shows. This also btw affects Anime but in more story wise way if you watch Naruto and then Boruto or read the mangas you will understand that so much effort and care was put in the production in Naruto only to be scratch in the end
nope, the problem is that shows are made today just to distract kids from their parents by making over-the-top weird nonsensical shit when in our time, cartoons were made with passion for entertainment.
yea at least anime has not fallen this low yet but too much isekai
i realised this recently, its not the shows, its the whole thing, having multiple channels and options (nick, disney, cartoon network, kids wb weekdays/weekends, saturday disney/disney one, toonami, jetix, cartoon cartoon fridays) on top of the fact every school holidays would mean more cartoons and themed episodes and blocks for halloween and christmas ect...
being excited for certain days or when the halloween marathons would start airing themed cartoons for that holiday. the ads even, yea ik how its preying on kids with ads but something about those ads just adds more nostalgia since alot of the things we had growing up, its not just cartoons its the whole thing. cartoons wouldnt be the same with todays ads imo, its why nick and cn are still popping cause their ads are kinda similar to how they used to be albeit following the new laws on ads ect. but saturday morning cartoons are dead, weekday cartoons are dead. you cant just go on a free to air channel and find a cool cartoon block airing anymore. they got rid of them all. multiple things was what made the cartoons/time good.
we didnt know how good we had it. i miss those days but with streaming now, its probably never coming back.
Especially the streaming culture today, it really puts pressure to animators.
It’s so bad, I think I might make a video in it in the future

The modern cartoons suck because theyre so... dumb. Even the silly episodes of something like SpongeBob didnt insult the intelligence of the viewer, even if they were a child. OG Teen Titans, Codename Kids Next Door, Ben 10 and its sequels, Danny Phantom, Fairly Oddparents, Avatar, Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, 6teen, even educational shows like Wild Kratts. I never watched Kim Possible, but Phineas and Ferb and other Disney cartoons. Not even scratching the surface of the rich collection of cartoons we watched as kids. They were absurd at times, but never stupid, brain rotting, crass filth. You actually showed one of the cartoons that made me realize cartoons were getting stupider in your video the one with the ducks and bread. I was still a kid and realized they gave up reruns of good shows to play that stuff? I dont even remember what about it I disliked, but I remember feeling insulted that the creators thought I would be entertained by that.
And that’s why I watch South Park when it came to cartoons
And Primal ?
South Park before Season 19, went downhill... 😢
Nickelodeon was great in the 90’s and then they fell down because they had SpongeBob and they decided to cancel every show that didn’t do SpongeBob numbers.
Cartoonnetwork has Teen Titans Go and then Nickelodeon said yes to The Rise of TMNT to compete with Teen Titans Go. That’s the thing. They say no to great shows because they have that one show that does very well and they don’t want shows that take attention away from that one show.

Agreed though the cartoons of the 30s 40s and 50s in the first half of the sixes are a bit problematic due to their racist nature of the time although 90s cartoons are perfectly fine and early 2000s however, there is one problem that I have with older cartoons from the 90s so maybe I should’ve use the different words from perfectly my mistake but the problem I had with the 90s cartoons is that they had a perfect opportunity to get comfortable with making religious references the American children’s cartoons I mean, and they had a lot of potential to unlock I mean, if the focus remain on humor, that would be cool, but it would’ve been smarter moved to have them have larger goals and missions etc it’s a deal deeper into their stories the characters

Western animation is dead. The industry prioritizes cheaply made garbage over the few good shows they still make from time to time. Cartoon Network studios is basically shutting down now, and they’re getting merged. Not surprised. If you make shitty content, don’t expect to survive that long in this economy. Western entertainment is so dead bro.

@@cartooniverse These studios are cannibalizing themselves. They've had years to get a chance, and now they aren't making money. That's their fault. No chance is going to help them cause no one is going to put money into something that's failing, which is current mainstream western animation.
Should I stick with preschool shows or is there variety in them
Not to mention the never ending SJW degeneracy unstoppable radical feminism Men bad women good etc😑
I don't hate all modern cartoons. Many are not "new to stay relevant" they are just lazy. Thing is, that nostalgia factor that you mention a lot, it will not be present with the current generation. What they are being exposed to isn't substantial in plot or quality enough for them to look back and want to revisit it, or if they do find out how bad it is. Things I liked as a kid were high quality and I could watch those, or new things of equal quality no problem.
I miss the original Golden Age cartoons (1910s - 1970s), Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Batman: TAS, etc.
They're more fun and memorable to watch than most crap nowadays, although they are good exceptions like Amphibia and Molly McGee.
Looney Tunes Cartoons, Invincible and Smiling Friends are great too
I swear the moment shows like Steven Universe and Teen Titans Go came around, everything went downhill. I'd argue that Steven Universe is the most guilty of this downfall. A lot of shows I've seen have a similar feel because they feel like they were written by SJWs on Tumblr and Twitter (looking at you She-Ra and My Adventures With Superman). Not to mention the anime influence feels forced as opposed to old cartoons where you can tell it's anime-inspired but still feels like a Western cartoon
FYI; I have no nostalgia for a lot of old shows as a kid born in the late 2000's, heck i even used to have a mindset of "old bad, new good" but after watching a lot of cartoons from 60's - 90's, i gotta admit, old shows feel a lot more entertaining, creative and even optimistic than most shows nowadays. I don't hate all modern cartoons, it's just hard for me to find one i actually enjoy.
I think your argument is rather poor, because you are assuming that kids can't deal with major stories and what not.
Kids in 2001-2004 were able to handle stuff like the Justice League or Batman the Animated Series, as well as shows like Danny Phantom and Codename Kids Next Door.
While you are not saying this at all, your video can come off as saying "Kids are too stupid for cartoons like Justice League, Batman Beyond, or Codename Kids Next Door, so they need random crap like the tripe that passes for cartoons these days, because, reasons."
The Jetsons (the 1985-1987 series) was an example of a decent balance that didn't oversaturate itself with meta humour and memefication yet stillhad funny random moments, while having a good and holsome story. The Raccoons was a Canadian cartoon that had funny random moments and a lot of fun, but you also learned something from Bert Raccoon and his crew's escapades.
So the bullcrap that is today's cartoons is not because kids are 9 years old, it's because writers and producers want easy money. Don't put it on the kids, put it on the adults.
Another major issue that plagues not just cartoons, but a lot of stuff these days is the so-called "woke-ification" of entertainment, where representation is favored while story or even logic is sacrificed. As in they put a token black character into the show without any rhyme or reason, then when people complain that the black character is just there to win PR points with the investors or else companies like Blackrock, they can then call the critics all sorts of names.
How could you completely miss an important argument like that. If you don't believe that token representations that have no meaning, the so-called wokification of cartoons and entertainment in general is a thing, or even the pushing of political things even more so than other cartoons isn't a thing, then i got a bridge to sell you in Vancouver.
There's a reason why Captain Planet and the Planeteers is seen as cringe, because it is a blatant greenhead's dream.
People criticize 1990's Jetsons the Movie for overly pushing the environmental message of the movie.
So the annoyance with overly political or preachy cartoons isn't entirely new, but it is increasing a lot these days.
Overall, while you meant well with this video, I think you missed the mark.
I couldn't agree more...
100%. It's not our fault that Animation Studios like Cartoon Network Studios, Nickelodeon Animation Studios, Frederator Studios, Powerhouse Animation Studios, Warner Bros. Animation and Titmouse decided to essentially get woke and go broke. They kicked their own audience away in favour of greedy business investors looking for some sweet ESG money to bank off of. Politics ruin creativity which is why you should never mix politics with entertainment otherwise the audience will get bored and leave. That's why todays cartoons will never match the 80s, 90, 2000s and 2010-2011.
Yes I’m afraid so.🥺😔💦 📺 🌌 🥀 I blame,The lazy writers and money men!! People want drama story plotting cartoon shows these days not normal cartoon episodic shows like Garfield,SpongeBob and most importantly Pokémon

For me it depends what I loved the show for, it´s story, characters or animation. For many the stories and characters have gotten much better both deep for adults and fun for kids.
But animation for some they think it looks better, more fluid. I think it lacks dimension and is way to much 2D compared to old 2D animated shows. I do think the tops were made during 90´s. But I will not ignore Legend of Korra and Arcane as example of great looking animation and stories.
But anyway the way stuff was animated in Ducktales in the 90´s is just so good. The way they move, now it feels like they only either run left to right or up and down or front to back. If they run sidways it looks flat and horrible. Even the best examples today like Owl House and Ambhibia lacks in this field but they do stuff in animation you only can do today.
I don´t demand stuff get back to drawing on papper, it should be possible to make 2D animation like Beauty and the Beast with computers easier now.
Sure some way the colors are done is also lacking. But yeah in animation I think it´s gotten worse. The others are a whole other story.
Oh and ofcourse the moral dilemma that most cartoons are outsourced, some were animated in proper set up studios like Disney had a studio i France and Australia that animated for them but other times it´s South Korea, China and Japan and some of this studios are great it still feels wrong that a show is entierly animated overseas and not in the country of origin.
Like Batman even that show.
Animation wasnt the same after the 1960s, sure there was a little bit of a renassiance in the 1990s, but since the 2000s things have been quite Disturbing for animation.
That’s not entirely accurate granted the majority of cartoons being released, or that have been released in the past 10 years have been absolute garbage and don’t even get me started on Steven universe and the miraculous ladybug and Velma the only good ones in the past 10 years that have came out since then are
1. Kid Cosmic
2. Camp Lakebottom
3. Legend Quest
4. Milo Murphy’s Law
5. Primal
6. Blood of Zeus
7. We Bare Bears
8. Castlevania
9. SVTFOE
10. Invincible
yes you are right older is better flintstones was the last good one
I'm scared that cartoons have evolved too being adult programs
They gotta Bring back normal cartoons
I was only waiting for hey arnold to have a series finale but the more I waited the least I remembered hey arnold ending on unresolved conclusion

Nostalgia???
Scooby doo of the 90s looking better than the 2020 GARBAGE is "nostalgia"??
This is why I pretty much only watch anime when it comes to cartoons. My VPN went down and I saw the western version of Netflix and the recommended section was full of UGLY ass cartoons, and stale premises, not even getting started on the constant remakes. It's easy to see why, lots of great anime stories just wouldn't be given a chance by an American studio, they'd just be like "that's too weird, let's just do another reboot of a classic show instead" like they don't wanna take risks and they don't wanna put in effort, stale stories, overworked animators being directed to draw ugly characters, unlikable characters that lack depth. There are some good Western shows so like I'm not trying to be a hater but the industry seems to have gotten stuck in a major rut lately and needs a good shaking up.
That is very true and I agree whole heartedly. And whilst i currently watch more anime than cartoons too, i have not given up on the cartoon industry as there are still many wonderful hidden gems out there. Thank you for this insightful contribution. Hope to see you around for some future videos
Also i recently did a video on why modern cartoons are getting worse so you can check it out if you're interested
The only modern western cartoon I care about is bobs burgers and even that's butt ugly as sin that you won't see me spending a dime on any merch of it. And bluey
Bob’s burger is so good I had to make two videos on it 🤩
Modern anime may be better but not by much as it's pretty much in a similar state.
I still believe it was more creative back then.
If course there were vad cartoons back then, but at least they could be laughably bad, I think that quite a few today are just genuinely bad.
That's why every now and then I look for some anime to watch. Not saying anime is entirely better though.
it was only more creative back then because it was new making an *original* cartoon was way easier back then

If people wining about reboots like Powerpuff Girls & Teen Titans Go!, you're probably fans of the originals back when your kids & because of that now as an adult, your probably feel too old to be entertained by newer ones.
If your a fan of original Teen Titans & still liked it, you probably remembered scenes like SPOILER WARNING....
Terra's fate,Raven's past & Robin's defection
If your PPG fan, you probably remembered scenes like...
Death of PPG,Blood,Bone-Cracking punches & the death of the 4th PPG.
As an adult who now has their own children, would you like to show these kinds of scenes to them?
After The Loud House all cartoons become sucks and worst
If new cartoons had simple art, simple stories, etc, I would be more willing to watch them.
I don't think I like it when art appears complex. I don't like complex plots.
I do watch cartoons sometimes, but almost always old ones, like from before the year 2000.
Is it bad to be a cartoonist now a days now?
Adventure Time Wasn’t Really For Kids and Modern Cartoons Stink
No it was not
Modern Cartoons And Reboots are Loud, Flashy, Disgusting, Dumb, Obnoxious and Immoral
Classic Cartoons are Hilarious, Clean, Fresh, Crisp, Vital and Moral
It was for kids Cartoon Network use to understand what kids wanted not anymore though
Adventure Time is still here with its recent Fionna and Cake spin off series
Did you just make a video to try to tell me that the reason I don't like modern cartoons is because of nostalgia? I rewatch static shock almost yearly it's animation is outdated but it still looks better then the Ben 10 reboot it still has better storytelling and it was made for kids so saying it's made for kids is not an excuse. And it's not just static shock I rewatch when I'm at work and I got free time I might re-watch SpongeBob for the laughs Billy and Mandy Spectacular Spider-Man Wolverine in the X-Men shows made for kids. An animator is being overworked is not an excuse either like I'm not trying to be cruel but it's just the truth look at the Japanese animators they're working conditions are far worse off and they still put out better quality shows for each demographic. There are plenty of horror stories of animators in Japan not seeing their family members for weeks at a time.
It's easy to tell that most new cartoons are shit, by looking at the og tom and jary, then looking at the newest one.
Flash ruined cartoons
Not all of them are. Stretch Armstrong And The Flex Fighters is going well.
they are worse because they are new new is bad
Smiling Friends is the only good modern cartoon these days
Classic Cartoons Are Original
And Modern Cartoons Are Imbeciles
Hah even fanmade sfm
Emesis blue better than modern cartoon
I'm a huge Simpsons fan I never hated it
So you blame nostalgia for us having standards, and then disabled dislikes on this video.
How young are you? You do know there were a lot of bad cartoons back then, right?
Camp Lazlo, King Arthur's Disasters, Sheep in the Big City, Mike, Lu & Og, Time Squad, My Gym Partner's a Monkey, Squirrel Boy... we didn't like them then and we don't like them now. (despite your nostalgia claim)
None of these shows come anywhere close to the quality that shows like Powerpuff Girls, Dexter's Lab, Teen Titans, TMNT 2003, and Samurai Jack had. Look at the animation, look at the backgrounds, look at the art styles (PLURAL). Everyhing was made with quality and care, everything had a distinct look.
And we didn't forgive them when the quality went down. Dexter from season 3, PPG from season 5, TMNT Fast Forward, Teen Titans Go, Samurai Jack season 5. If it was nostalgia, then I would be sitting here praising these. But no, I criticize these BECAUSE THEY ARE BAD, JUST LIKE HOW MODERN ANIMATION IS BAD.
We had tons of good shows and now there are ZERO.
And lastly: I asked "how young are you?", because it's obvious that you are very young, given the """old""" cartoons that you praise.
Praising Regular Show, Phinease and Ferb, Adventure Time... What are you, 20?
These shows are part of the problem. Your standards are already low if you like these.
Look at all the "noodle arms" and "circle eyes" flash-animation identical artstyle shows there are now. Looks the same as these.
What about MLAATR?
Now adays it's content farms to which is just as bad.
Most modern adult cartoon art-styles today are too similar to Family Guy or Simpsons.
Detailed and complex storylines work better for older preteens, teenagers, and young adults. Randomness and bright colors tends to be more helpful to shows for younger kids. Don't lump all kids into one demographic.
Avatar The Last Airbender.
Old cartoons on Tubi
I don't think I feel interested in 2020s that is computer drawn
Netflix still has good shows..
I watched chowder today and then realized i was late on an assignment and then I cried
Hopefully the chowder episode was good

So you just slid in Shadow Fight Arena lmao
That's Kate with Father's Pistol
Do you know someone’s old when they call Teen Titans Go modern.
Even though it came out 10 years ago
Is that a spin off of the new Teen Titans cartoon, that ended a few years ago?
it is all modern even the original
@@belstar1128 There is no way to be original Teen Titans could be considered modern. Maybe I could consider Teen Titans go modern by comparison.
I wish i can form a team to fix this.
i don’t know why modern cartoons are getting worse maybe because most cartoons are not made for children and it seems to be growing out of popularity and by the way i hate jellystone so much that i can’t seem to surpass it
I wish I knew when to quit if only I knew what I was waiting for all this time
Modern SpongeBob made me not care about pre movie which is not a bad thing considering I myself am a SpongeBob fan
the reboots man... make the MC dumber and make them not fit :U
Sad thing is teen titans go is about the only show you can trust now not to go woke
I trust it
i don't
I just think alot of cartoons now suck period look at other countries they're probably still making great cartoons and look at America a damn shame.😑 maybe what america can do is until they're also ready to make great shit again is just play cartoons from a different country and reruns of great American cartoons and sertin shows.
Everything good has to come to an end
Maybe that’s what’s happening now
There’s still hope, just check out Primal adult swim and Unicorn Warriors Eternal also adult Swim and Sym Bionic Titan
my country tried to make a cartoon based on a comic once it was horrible most kids shows are live action
Nowadays my brain senses teen sitcoms
Maybe I have an overheated sense of teenage maturity.
Because I really think it is aimed at older folks that didn't really develop any sense of taste or critical appraisal for what they consume.
It's was always the adult shows that catered the way modern cartoons try to these days.
So it will work for younger age group and also please the target group I've mentioned that watches or does word of mouth about it.
The only thing left is preschool programs if they're perfectly animated
Preschools shows are not immortal
I am getting depressed
Everything nowadays is so boring
Cartoons: Teen titans Go, greg, all trash cartoons
RUclips: trash bc of yt shorts and people screaming at the screen
Fun: ruined because of tiktok
Sounds like you’re just watching trash content and insisting that everything sucks.
Will there is avengers Earth‘s Mightiest Heroes, Generator Rex in Sym Bionic Titan and Primal
PBS kids and qubo
Reboots are Animated Abominations
Are there any good reboots?
I only have preschools on television left that aren't badly animated such as super kitties, pupscruction, donkey hodie etc.
This is awful for modern kid shows
I really like your content, hopefully it can spread to more people
Thanks, that’s means a lot to mee
