Great review I purchased this skate about month ago and it's one of the best skates I own very fast jump gaps etc I use footprint insoles that Defo help highly recommend this skate if your doing alot of urban skating 🔥🔥🔥
@@CJDcow no worries, I have a few different pairs of wide skates, if you want softboot, the K2 VO2 100 boa(VO2 90s are also extremely comfortable on my foot)is an excellent all-rounder. They're my holiday skates. My everyday skates are FR FR1 310s :)
I agree it is from far the most confortable trinity skates. But as usual with Powerslide carbon skates, it might be require to beak them. 15 minutes at 238F for my Arise SL.
Cool skate. I skate Bont short track for ice. I only tighten the area of the 45. I have discovered Bauer cut resistant socks work the best in my boots that have zero padding. I also have Viking Klap skates for long track and skate bare footed in them and had to get a size larger as they were just a bit smaller and thinner. Only a few hours on them and blisters too with the Viking. As for inline I have Mission hi/lo hockey skates but would like a larger wheel setup. The Arise looks like a good option for recreational skating maybe with a set of 90mm also. How do you think they would do on a long two to three hour trail path? would they vibrate your feet numb?
Beautiful looking skate. I think that grippy lining is the same that's used in the Powerslide Reign hockey range, like the Helios. I love the look of a lot of PS skates (Tau, Arise, HC Evo etc) but I have wide feet and I think they might not fit me. Nice review as always 👌🏼
Next should be fitting if your feet are wide. I had some swell and didn't even fit into size 44 while on my next I did fit my exact foot size which is 42.
Do you think they would work as a urban skate or I'd be better of with Evo or Tau? And what about mounting an endless frame to those? As I'm probably getting both a carbon trinity + endless setup in the near future.
These look really good. I'm doing my first marathon this year in Berlin and I'm looking at getting a trinity mount carbon skate to add my trinity 3x125 frames to. These seem like the best option and they are the cheapest of the 3 I'm considering. The others I'm looking at are the powerslide hardcore evos and the Iqon TR10. I'm from a aggressive/freeskate background so I think the evos and the TR10's might be more like what I'm used to. But if anyone has any thoughts on which I should go for out of these 3 let me know.
Ricardo, i am coming from inline hockey and therefore hockey skates (mission mostly). What kind of skates would you recommend for going into fitness/longer distance skating? by view i like the Arise but would be first 3wheel skates
Question for Ricardo: you said these skates are very comfortable. I'm the same size, US10, EU43, but the front of my feet are wide, often boots press too hard on the outside edge of my feet. Are your feet wide, normal, narrow? In other PS skates (Swell), I've gone to US10.5 to fit my wide feet, and I'm wondering if the Arise will be to narrow in my "correct" size 10.
dear lino hi i text to you today cuz i wish get your advice about powerslide arise sl size My feet are measured from 257mm to 260mm, and I felt pain inside my feet when I wore the twister edge x 41 size model of Rollerblade. shold i choose 42 size? or any recommend? Powerslide' arise sl model is made for high-speed driving such as speed slalom and is based on Westerners' feet, so it has narrow feet. I personally want to try it on and purchase it, but I live in Korea and the Korean powerslide store does not sell the product, so it is difficult to make a purchase decision. sorry for my bad english cuz i am not native english speaker
First....I am not Kylea, I am her dad, and I have no idea how she messed up my computer so its not my email account. ANYWAY.....I am looking to replace my K2 MOD 110's. I wish you "skate reviewers" would use MORE real life metrics when it comes to fitting a particular person .... IE: with a short stride (30 inch inseam), compared to people with long legs. I am 170 cm/5ft 7 inch, and 92 kg/200+ lbs. Is a shorter wheelbase skate with 3 wheels, better than a longer with 4?? Also, the inside lining is already wearing out/breaking down (i wear thin nylon socks), so hoping the ARISE would wear better. You talk about the lining of the Arise being close to something like leather. So that may help with the premature wear and tear of lining. Also, the ARISE (243mm) is 90mm shorter than the K2 (335mm) which should make it easier for cross overs. I understand that longer wheel base is more stable, but how would the ARISE compare to the K2?
I disagree that padding non-negligibly decreases power transfer. I believe that speed skates have no padding in order to increase feel. Same reason for not wearing socks.

Recently bought an E2 pro, ready to see the comparison video👍
Lovely looking skate and setup. I can't wear powerslide though, they're a very narrow skate like Roces.
Not every skate has the same shape. Even powerslide has wider skates
what is the wide skate brand you use? Also, is it soft boot, because it needs to be soft boot. Thanks.

I love red white color combination,, is that better than HC EVO?

I agree. Just sitting here right now and let my arise sl cool down on my feet 😎
6:15 that misterious hole is maybe for setup purposes to machine the holes in the frame

@@BlackyRay_Patrick I don't like the look of them much. I skate Seba fr1's tho, they fit perfect
@@Johro66 if you love skates design like Tau, Arise,HC Evo and have wide feet, you should try FR Spin 2021.
@@Syndrom18 thanks I'll have a look at those
This has become my go to skate! Love it!!

Me ajuda Ricardo!
there is a endless trinity frame. so I think there should be nothing against that idea.

Nice double pushs and crossovers!!!
Btw, you're flying! Very smooth and fast.

How do you compare the boot to the HC Evo? Your ex-favourite :)
Could that hole be a spot to hold the flex screw on the back for if you want to take it off and not lose it?
That's Slickk Ric. 👍
Damn your skating style is sooooo silky smooth
Do you think these skates could work for long distance?
Slick and fast, Pickle Ric 😊🤜🏻🤛🏻💥

Review the new rollerblade line, 80mm and 90mm, would love to get your thoughts on
Also, PS said the strange hole int he frame is for a upcoming brake system
Mounted between the first 2 wheels? :O
@horaceg yes, called syncro braking system.
You’re fast!
Ricardo, so I'm assuming the Hardcore Evo Pro or Tau boot makes a much better urban city skate?
great parallel slide
How are they compared to the arise? I have the 125 arise, they are the best skates I've ever had. Just wondering how these compare to the arise?
these are the same
Cool Speed Urban ⛸ Skate
Sir what are best wheels for urban and freestyle skating ?
