I love the brain stem question. It demonstrates why we need specialist in medicine. I always hear people complaining that they had to be referred to a specialist. Doctors are smart but not miracle workers. There is so much going on in the body that it’s impossible to memorize literally everything about it. My point is, people expect physicians to be miracle workers. Sometimes we expect miracles but we don’t live in a fairy tail. Sometimes it’s just impossible for one person to do it all. For example, I have Tourette’s. I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 22 because I hadn’t seen a specialist. Because nobody really understands the disease they always said it was a combination of OCD and an obnoxious kid. When I was 22 I finally got an MD who actually wanted to send me to a specialist who finally diagnosed me and decided to give me treatment. Because the MDs I went to before thought they knew was wrong with me, they didn’t listen when I said no, those aren’t my symptoms, I think something else is wrong with me. An MD has a responsibility to refer you to make absolutely certain you get the care you need even if that means you proved the arrogant prick wrong.

he did what ever doctor does: refer you to an other doctor
He can’t diagnose people over the internet. All doctors who answer questions online do this because they’re ONLINE.

He's a doctor and a movie actor. What am I doing with my life?

DoomFinger511 and a comedian
@@theAverageJoe25 and an instagram model
He is neurologist lol
@@miaheat21180 that's a doctor
He is the definition of over achiever. If he's even half as good a doctor as he is an actor and comedian, I'd trust him with my life! Seriously he is brilliant and obviously gives every endeavor all he's got!

Imma Smiler 4cause he is a actual doctor he practiced for over a decade before he entered show biz
If you actually research who is he, you would know that he is a real doctor before he became comedian. Like he said think before you comment.
Wait...he isn't a doctor?
if he was my doctor I would genuinely enjoy going to the doctor
who wouldn't?
gurl same, even if i wasn’t sick i would want to visit him 😂

Oh shit he actually kinda answered them seriously 😂
He has an M.D.
Andy Quezada he used to be a doctor before he became an actor
Malisa Rai he still practices.
Andy Quezada, it's extremely important to be accurate when giving medical advice. Although it was humor based, it was presented well and pretty accurate.
AAL284 he was a doctor.

Reminded me of one doctor saying how its not expected to know everything that is important, but rather how well you can look up information.
The fact he’s actually a doctor kills me-
Mhm he got his MD at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, did his residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, and then practiced as an Internal Medicine Physician at Kaiser Permanante. And he still holds his medical license here in California and renews it so he can administer medicine in case of any possible emergency he's around where he could provide assistance 😎
@@sunnyboi2461 thank you for this
me too
If that fact actually kills you, then something tells me you don’t need a doctor, you’re dead already lol 😅
@@sunnyboi2461 dang-

Doctor, actor, comedian... Asian parents dream to have such a successful child (unlike me...)
Look up Jonny Kim. SEAL, doctor, astronaut.
now asians are enjoying being bad at something lol
-just graduated elementary with fake attendance
-sleeps at least after 10 o'clock
-cooks & eats a lot of sweets
I'm a great Asian child.
The way I see it, I'm contributing to end Asians stereotypes!
