Specifically look for a 340B hospital in your area. These hospitals are everywhere and you don't realize it.

Bro, don't feel guilt about charity, I understand that concept of not wanting to take hand outs and to pull yourself through the hardships without extra help. It strengthens your confidence and proves your self-sufficiency, but please man, don't think of any of this as a handout. This is your life we talking about, I think after all the work you've done into putting this channel up and driving home the ideas and concepts most financial youtubers never approach and discuss, you DESERVE the help. You've made people millionaires from your work, even if it's not immediately seen. You improve the lives of every day low incomers who want to learn and approach the market with the same drive and success you carry with yourself, and I would hate to see your talents and personality perish from this health crisis. If value is found in this person then no fleecing is taking place. Might be a few haters who haven't brought noticeable value to gain support like him. If he does have a margin call and he asked for help to cover, I'd send a few bucks in hopes that 400k others would also send just a few bucks. No harm in that.

Thank you man. I improved some after steroids in April and was hoping it’d carry me to the finish line over time, especially since the prescribing neuro was done with my case after that. Turns out while it helped some, it’s still fallen way short.

Wishing you all the best for your road to recovery - stay strong! Not sure if you’ve looked down this road or already have seen one, but perhaps consider finding a hematologist. If neuro and cephalic imaging isn’t providing a conclusive answers, I wonder if the “experts” are looking in the right areas for clues. A hematologist can interpret various bio markers in your blood, and may be able to give an angle neurologists haven’t been able to see. Wishing you and your brother all the best - stay positive, you can beat this!

It will be over soon and things will be better. Been through something similar healthwise very recently. Had a similar mindset that it's never gonna end as it wasn't and still hasn't been diagnosed accurately but the latest course of medication is helping and I feel that I am receovering pretty well and feeling healthy and happy. The overall experience did humble me.
Don't loose hope Adam! All it's going to take is one right course of medication and hopefully it's the next one in your case. I am sure you'll be dishing out new and exciting videos sooner than you think.
