Exactly. Samsung has been a bid tardy on such renovations. Another similar product is XiaoMi Fold 3. Both are better than Fold 5 as of now (on paper and reviews)

I have wanted a foldable tablet phone since they first came out, I waited a few years until the tech matured and was a viable product, Samsung just kept releasing the same product with minor tweaks each year, and with the fold 5 expected to be not much different it will be another skip this year as well, my single biggest issue with the samsung fold is that it has that horrid narrow front screen, there is literally no reason when you can build a smartphone like this that looks and feels like a normal phone but opens up to be a tablet. well done Honor and Huawei for pushing the boundaries, but as usual, boo to samsung for no longer being an overly creative company
Honor PLEASE launch this globally and in the US!! You have an amazing product on your hands! The goal of foldable should be to expand features with larger screen but also make it not feel more cumbersome to use, having a device this thin goes a long way towards bridging that gap

finally a foldable with a standard outside screen size!!! that was the one thing that was driving me nuts with my fold 3. They are big rumors that fold6 will have a design similar to these phones, but its a year away..... so thinking about getting this if it releases in the UK.
Even then the rumors for the Z fold 6 only suggest a "wider" cover screen. The jump could be like Z fold 3 to Z fold 4. So yeah still a long time away and then no info on camera, battery, charging speeds, thickness and s pen support for cover screen. Highly dissapointed of Samsung.

There's only 2 things this phone lacks. Wireless charging and international launch (for now). And I might just be able to justify lack of wireless.
