Another great show, Chris! You make Saturday mornings brighter! 🎉
I'm gonna keep having "Duck" fun....and gratuities are staying. Love your Saturday feature Chris !! Thanks !!
ducks= yes grats= no tip what i want not forced
The serenity should be serene. Keep it peaceful.
Time for my favorite Saturday morning entertainment! 😂

''' GONG SHOW ''' ...hahah You & Tiff have a Great Saturday..
lol! I almost spat my bite of pancake out laughing when you were talking about the dude bringing Jimmy Dean sausage on board. As for tips: If they made it so you can only remove gratuities given a "justified" reason, how do you even define that? "Justified", in whose opinion? Tipping is WAY out of hand in The US. So, I agree on the butthurt surrounding it. We pre-pay ours, and just figure it as part of the cruise fare, and leave it at that. Tipping beyond that is going overboard (no pun intended). That's just how WE do it though. NOTE: We do carry-on only and don't use the porters, before someone tells me I'm supposed to tip them too.
Thanks for another great episode of "What every cruiser wants " 🔥 as always! ❤High Seas Cruising
When I go to the gym on Carnival it is always packed.
Gyms empty? When? they are used and sometimes look pretty busy. Most ships host fitness classes and yoga and things of that sort. We even tried to sign up for a fun class one day, just to try it and it was sold out. So, not really underused at all. Libraries are quiet places to play cards or just chill, but really, not useful as a space to store paper books. They are too small for that and space is at a premium on ships. More and more ships are trading their libraries for other spaces (mostly converting to venues that make them that sweet sweet cash). So nope, libraries are spots that are endangered, not the gyms.
Serenity is always peaceful. On Panorama both Serenity & Havana were peaceful.
Chris always enjoy your Saturday morning vids. You had some good ones today where it wasn't cut and dried that the poster was being entitled or just plain wrong.
Another place is the library. You want quiet, that's where you go
Hi Chris, 😂Lol I Love using the gym! My family use it almost everyday and the gym always has a good amount of people! 😂
Thanks as always for another week of showing us (mostly) self-absorbed entitlement.
1) I remember the comments blasting John H for not taking a cruise on his vacation. He cannot win.
2) I do not use the gym, but I am glad it is there (and should us it). I suspect he was not there early in the morning when most people do their workouts. Also, watching some other influencers, the gym is used by employees - some performers are required to use it. Also, it is in the HEALTH area of a ship usually. And the insult - totally uncalled for.
3) I like being able to serve my own Ice cream.
4) Gratuities - I'm torn. Would prefer they just pay the workers and include it, but the lack of transparency is the bigger issue.
5) Serenity - it would be nice if it were quiet, but It is a public area. My advice to the man - get a room with a balcony. Oh, but you would have to extra for that.
6) Karaoke is about the experience. Go listen to the paid professional singers if you don't want bad music (most of the time - 😀). Again, the brashness is uncalled for.
That's my take. Thanks again and have a great week. No cruises booked - 😥.
We always pay our gratituitys in advance of the cruise.
Disney also charges 5 times more than carnival.
And we always give tips.
If you want total peace and quiet on vacation, a cruise is not for you. You need to go camping or rent a house in a remote location.
I use the gym all the time🎉
If you want quiet, just go in your room simple. Even though in the room you don't get quiet, because you have those unruly kids running up and down the hallways banging on your doors
Disney did not ban the ducks they said you can not hide them.
I do think it should be quiet. Maybe very low music.
the gratuities, I'd like to be such that it's hard to remove. That said, tip culture is not everywhere like we have it in the US. The Europeans don't regularly tip. They pay one price for a cruise, no tips needed. This is probably better. Pay them more and be done with it, and yes raise cruise prices accordingly to cover the cost. It should be around the same as if we all paid tips.
They should have a hook, to remove bad singers. Lmao.
I think that if Cruise Lines either just included the prepaid gratuities as part of the fare and not made it optional that we wouldn't see the prepaid gratuities go up as often as they do because if people's wallets are tight that's going to be an excuse for them to make the cruise more affordable at the expense of the employees and then those of us who appreciate the employees and don't remove the gratuities will continue to get increases on those charges to compensate for the people who remove them.
google it: avg salary is $2000 so ur sheeples for making them appear poor n helpless...USD is worth 6x more in their country. you dont pay hotel maids $35 a day i bet!! no its ridiculous
Leave the gyms on the ships
I use the gym everyday
Turn the gym into another buffet
If you’re going to take away the ability to remove gratuities then why not just include them in the fare. What legal loophole are they benefiting from by doing it this way. There has to be some way cruise lines are benefitting from this scenario.
My opinion is cruise lines should be paying their employees a fair wage anyways. so that there is no need for tipping, Can you imagine if all companies in the United States started doing that? No. Don't Give them any ideas
