Hello, I have a few questions on heat/humidity/etc for African House snakes. What type of heat lamp do you use, and how many watts? do most heat lamps have a button or something so you can control the heat yourself and get it to the proper temperature? do you need to moisten the tank with a spray bottle, or do you keep it dry other than the humidity hide? do you put the humidity hide in direct heat, or kind of off to the edge? do you shut off all heat entirely at night, and if not what should the temperature be? as for lighting- should you dim it at night? is the light you use cover lighting and heat? does it provide a good basking/heat area? if so, does the heat channel to all sides of the cage, or just one side?
