    I was tested for this and I feel for you. I have orthostatic hypotension, just got off of a heart monitor and waiting for the results. God bless ya! Hugz, Tree

    I've been living with POTS for 40 years. I didn't know this until 6 years ago.
    Following patterns is a great tip. Unfortunately (or fortunately) POTS symptoms can change by the hour, day and week.
    I don't think limitations are a bad thing... They can keep you safe and help you maintain realistic expectations. 🕊️

    Does bearing down help you regulate it? Just curious. My son had fetal SVT (super high heartbeat) and I read that that helps ppl with SVT . Just wondering if there is any cross over

      @@CadenceRoseco like how you would if you were pooping pretty much lol. That, sudden cold temperature changes, and doing handstands are some of the things they recommend for ppl with SVT to try to regulate their heartbeats.
