I have long been eating oatmeal daily, thru the advice of my Father, when I was still a Teenager. I used Oatmeal as my daily rice. Although I still eat rice sometime if I am eating at Mang Inasal (Bangus Sisig with 1 rice) or at ChowKing (Sweet & Sour Fish with 1 rice).
Also, I stopped eating Pork, and replaced it by eating Beef. Thereafter, I started to experienced bad Cholesterol in my Blood. Thus, I no longer eat meats, except Fish ang chicken. But I removed the chicken skin b4 consuming it, to stay away from fat that can produce high Cholesterol.

I used to eat Quacker Rolled Oats wd one hard boiled eggs and 1 ripe banana many years ago and it really did good health for me
However, since i joined this so called Ketto diet .i stopped eating it as my breskfast since it is still a form of carbohydrates..means it is still sugary once eaten already ..now i got a prob of having irregular bowel movement or constipated.. so i finally decided to go back to my previous food diet or intake..since only my cholestrol got hi with my Ketto Diet...Now, finally i eat again Oatmeal as my breakfast for a month now mix it with flax seeds, walnut, almond, sometines wd fresh lil bit of fruits like water melon, or ripe banana and hard-boiled egg and i feel better bcoz i have now my bowel movement regularly some mins after my breakfsst..3 months fr now i will have my bloodchem/test again particularly my Cholesterol.which was only my prob during my last PE exam one month ago..

Hi Dr! My mother is now 90yrs old & until now she's taking oatmeal as her breakfast instead of bread. Maybe that's 1 of the reasons why her blood chemistry is normal. 2 yrs ago lang cya ng maintenance due to hypertension. Until now her elimination is good. 100% ang makukuha nating health benefits sa pagkain ng oats.
