Actually, 1989. Grupa Riva represented yugoslavia and won. The band is from the croatian city Zadar, the same city where Luka Modrić comes from🇭🇷

To me, Baby Lasagna is even better than Kaarija last year. The performance is amazing. They put a lot of effort into this and I hope they get a top 3 in EV. Hell, why not win it.
It's not only fun, upbeat and catchy it's also telling a story about Croatian culture and youth. It's blending traditional and modern themes and it has SO MUCH potential. I don't think it's a Kaarija copy-cat and with some improvements and modifications here and there, I'm sure everyone else will see it too

Italian jury gave Baby Lasagna 0 points in Jury votes. Italian jury directly trying to undermine the biggest competition they have in ESC 2024 is a very cringe move and I will never forget it. I truly hope it bounces back in their heads and Baby Lasagna wins the ESC 2024.
Italy doesn’t care about Eurovision…to have more chances we could have sent Mahmood or Annalisa but didn’t…jurys typically don’t like songs like Baby Lasagna, they get more support from the public…he is going to win
Dude the song was not that good on stage and the song overall is OK but nothing much. Thinking juries gave no points because of a strategy is just thinking everyone loves this song, which is not true.

I’m shocked at this choice from San Marino. I thought Megara had no chance after they had to come through the second chance round. I’m glad we got this though, as we didn’t have a rock song in the lineup yet. It’s a bit messy, but I’m into it. This will definitely elevate in Malmö.

This song is special because it reminds me of ODESZA (my favorite artists)
It has everything: good vocals, diversity of style, beautiful atmosphere, meaningful message, very good production.

I don't usually listen to rock music, but this song hypnotized me from the beginning.
The tradition, the sounds, the voice, the atmosphere, the energy and the production are mesmerizing!! I totally live for this unique music.

What's going on with rock music this year? This genre is not my cup of tea but this one is crazy!
I love the contrast between the energetic mood of the song and the very sad and melancholic lyrics.
Also I love the techno twist at the end.

It's danceable, but atmospheric.
It's fun, but hypnotic.

It's funny and brilliant.
Love the traditional instrument, the originality and the iconic dance.
The difference between this and the finnish song is that this one is more original and authentic (and I feel they don't want to be forcefully funny)
I'm just a little dubious about the live performance which is too chaotic.

I like the progression of the song and the atmosphere that it creates. It's epic and quite memorable.

I'm Italian and I usually don't like Italian music because our music scene is far, far away from what I listen to.
This song, however, has something more.
Perhaps it's her way of performing cause the song itself is not among the things that I normally listen to, but it's the first time that I placed an Italian song above 7/10.
I like the authenticity and its neapolitan/latin gypsy vibe, so it's a good song, but being far from my tastes, I don't feel like giving it more points.

Good drums, good ethnic elements, good melody but it misses something in the chorus imho (especially in the last one)
I feel that it's empty, and the way she performes this song is not so captivating.

It has nothing unique and memorable, just a song that passes away, and that doesn't attract me.

I don't like this type of music but I have to say that there's some elements that differ from the classic rock songs.
It's electronic, and in the bridge there is a dubstep switch with that spanish guitar that makes the song more unique.
Unfortunately, I like only that part of the song because the rest is inoffensive and not outstanding... the melody is not captivating and different from other rock songs.

I don't know what to say about it because I always forget about it's existance; this means that it is a song that I don't care about... sorry.

It's a classic ballad, same as millions of other songs... nothing special for me.
