Your History lesson was great! I hope Cape Coral stays more "Old Florida" because it is so easy to cross a bridge by car to the "Big City". Boating Water is much BETTER in Cape Coral. You are very on top of both markets. Cape Coral area Matlacha and Pine Island should have been mentioned for the true "Old Florida" searchers. It still exists... only there. Well Done!
The housing market is driven by our upstate investors to a ridiculous level. People are not moving there to live. They just got excited for a short time and parked their money there. That’s why you see very high price on everything that there is nothing there. After 9 PM I cannot buy anything. Basically it is a rural town with big city price
Hi! Both have plenty of both. In the past the MOST amount of doctors were found in medical park in South Fort Myers, but even that has evened out and many doctors spend time and keep offices in both cities. Do you have other criteria you are using to narrow it down?
GREAT Question. We are already seeing growth head that way: Lennar's Portico community is a good example of that. But even beyond subs being built out there, I think people who were looking for less congestion will be targeting places like Alva and Labelle for their quieter communities, so they'll see a rise in population as well - albeit slower since they are still a commute to the city center. Hope that helps!

@@MovingToFortMyersFlorida I think that you still don't understand what I am talking about. You have to look left eye to the left side and the right one have to look to the right side, just look how crazy looking the pictures
Thanks for the very interesting video! We have been to Cape Coral several times for vacation and like the quiet single family home neighborhoods.
Glad you enjoyed it! We think its a great place to call home.
Thanks. Great information!
Thank you for the videos - they are helpful. One suggestion might be to get a better microphone.
Thanks! Yes this particular video it went out but I still wanted to get the info out there. Maybe this will be one that I redo!

Which one is better for AirBnb business?
thanks
Given the rapid growth of Fort Myers, The Cape, and Naples, what are your thoughts about eastward communities such as Alva and Labelle?

Cape Coral is a bedroom community to Fort Myers.
Yes, exactly. Cape Coral is growing and will have more on its own in the future, but for more its definitely considered a bedroom community.
