We have seen there are many new communities being developed there (Portico, Hampton’s Lake, River Hall) and the prices for homes are more affordable than anywhere else in Fort Myers. Thank you!

Well and septic isn’t an issue, I wouldn’t drink the city water anyways ….not good if you come from a state with great water. I have well and R O water which is far better than their city water. Why pay for water you won’t drink ….

Hi Friends... For the past 2 years I have worked and still a Supervisor for Housekeeping in Independent Living and now Assisted Living. I have watched Wayforth come and go. Moving residents in or out. Wayforth has been wonderful and truly professional. The speed and accuracy is a great process too. Before Ian I was quoted about 2300/year for HO and flood in an AE6 flood zone for new construction. We are now AE7 after Ian. Not sure what that will mean for rates. Find out soon I guess.🤔
