One of the most innately talented people I've ever seen, and he came from such a good family. His mother and sister are absolutely wonderful people, and the apple never falls far from the tree, as they say. Almost everything I've ever heard about Freddie has some mention about how generous and giving he always was. His circle of friends was a very tight one, but he always took care of the people who were close to him. He knew just how blessed he was, in every way. :-)
I think Freddie also had a job as a baggage handler at Heathrow Airport and then met two other geniuses and hit the big time as the greatest band of the 70s and 80s and in my opinion ever and it was the biggest shock in our lives when he was taken from us. Freddie we still love you you were a great singer a great person and a great musician ❤️ 🎶
Because they are people of color they think they are not as intelligent and articulate as the 'white man'. It's going to be a long time before racism is put to death.
Thank you Mrs. Bulsara for being a beautiful parent and supporting your son. His memory will live on, he will never be forgotten. I know I will teach my children about his my parents taught me. I'm sure many others will as well.

My eyes got teary every time his mom talked about his memory! She is just the sweetest thing - I hurt for her loss as well as all of ours. Bless his family, and rest in Peace, Freddie.
Freddie was an Indian-Gujarati parsi. The reason why most people never knew he was Indian was because he was a light-skinned ambiguous looking one, but his parents, especially his dad, look more Indian. Otherwise, parsis look in between Gujaratis and Iranians, some look south asian, while others look west asian, but almost, all of them are mixed at some level and this variation shows in families.
This has always confused me. I always knew he wasn't "Anglo Saxon" but he was "white". I couldn't care less about skin pigment really but my Dad, who is pretty much of Welsh extraction, is several shades darker than Freddy ever was, especially in the summer months, but Freddy's immediate family were so much darker than him. How would Freddie have become the icon that he is now if he was as dark as his parents and siblings!? Perhaps it would not have mattered in Europe, but he never would have had the fantastic success in America if this had been the case, or indeed if his racial background had even been known then!
***** Well his parents were both actually Parsis from the Gujarat region of India, but he was born in Zanzibar, so technically he's of Persian-Indian ethnicity, and he moved to Britain when he was 17 after his family was forced to flee Zanzibar due to a Revolution. So if you're going by his "ethnic background", yes his parents were from India, however both were Parsis rather than pure Indian, so he's Parsi through and through, he was just born in Africa.
***** Parsis aren't persian. How the hell do you migrate to a certain part in the world 1000 of years ago and stay of that nationality. By that logic whole of world is african. Parsis fled persia to avoid persecution by muslims who are the predominant populace now in Iran. India is the homeland and has been for predominantly all of the parsi population for a long time.

To Jer,
Your Great son will be remembered for eternity. No doubt in this world!!!
Thank you..
Omg his mum such a wondeful lady. She loved her son very much. A sweet soul like her son.
I think Freddie also had a job as a baggage handler at Heathrow Airport and then met two other geniuses and hit the big time as the greatest band of the 70s and 80s and in my opinion ever and it was the biggest shock in our lives when he was taken from us.
Freddie we still love you you were a great singer a great person and a great musician ❤️ 🎶
hey jer you can take it easy..... no ones ever going to forget your son!
Why do the interviewers have to be patronising and talk to them like they're children
Colonial mindset?
+Hamza Dawud Maybe they're just dickwads
Because they are people of color they think they are not as intelligent and articulate as the 'white man'. It's going to be a long time before racism is put to death.
@@felixmadison5736 no, tv presenters round the world are like that. Racism is kept alive by people like you who claim everything is about racism.
Why bring racism into this....get a life you bunch of stupid idiots....what racism.... Paranoid dickheads
I really don t think this gentle lady knows how much gratitude the world has for her for giving birth to Freddie mercury
of course she does
Don't worry sweet mum, Freddie's memory will live on forever and ever. He is a Legend. You raised a fine son.March 2020 RIP FREDDIE RIP MUM
We still love you Freddie ❤️
Always & forever

@@jacquielaurie956 yeah ...
Exactly, that was the first thing I thought when that happened. Pick those up with an apology and show some respect.
The death of your child is one of the most horrible things that can be. I hope Freddie's family is at peace too.
Pirate of the Sea of Monster, no parent should bury a child, Freddie's parents, and Elvis's dad outlived their legendary children.
Baby Freddie sounds so cute! “Mummy can I sing so I can have a chocolate?” I can just picture it. It makes my heart melt!
Kay Kay I know!!🥺❤️❤️ awwh my heart
What a man, what a great family and what a superb band in Queen. So glad I saw them live in Liverpool in 1979. RIP Freddie
Thank you Mrs. Bulsara for being a beautiful parent and supporting your son. His memory will live on, he will never be forgotten. I know I will teach my children about his my parents taught me. I'm sure many others will as well.
Mercury's mom is very very lovely person.
Madam Jer was a sweet woman, and always respected her son's options, so wise to want him happy, doing whatever he wanted to. Instead of shatter his dreams, fabulous woman🌹🌹🌹RIP
Man accidently drops Freddies priceless drawing on the floor, looks at it, and doesn't pick it up during the rest of the segment. Very disrespectful
I noticed it as well. I agree.
They were a beautiful family inside and out. So normal and so kind and thoughtful ... ❤️
What a beautiful soul his mother is
Oh Mrs Mercury we will never ever forget your son!
His sister is beautiful...I'm sure he was very protective of her
I'm Irish and I don't quite get your point?
+Clay k
Rampage Clover, I was thinking that, Freddie was protective of his little sister, like any big brother would.
@Clay wtf?
@Clay ur tryna bash him for no reason
Keep his memory alive? His memory will live FOREVER! He was the greatest showman, singer, person ever. Don’t worry, he will not be forgotten. I’ve just spent the day watching young people react to Queen music, and they love his music as much as ever!
Its so sweet that Jer wants to keep his memory alive. Trust me mum, we will never forget him. ❤️❤️
I know its a silly thing to say but wow does he sound like his Mum and looks like her too.
That's not silly at all. You're spot on.
+Julian Smith yeah the teeth the nose and the lips for sure
Roo doodle, don't think you're being silly, at all, imagine Freddie if he was his mum's age, with white hair, or without his moustache.
I think her son inherited her smile and warm spirit. I'd love to see photos of his dad as a younger man--I think we'd see a strong resemblance.
Yeah, I got that too
Hi mother must be around 90 years old, considering he would be 67 or 68 today. She looks great. Just goes to show that if it wouldn't have been for AIDS, he probably would have lived a very long and healthy life.
We all have an expiration date at birth...it was just his time. He lived more in his 45 years than most who live to 100.
@M J His sister is healthy.
I wish AIDS never existed
Well he did drink and smoke hugely, as was the norm back in those days. So we can never truly know really.
No bez kitu dzis to w dobrej kondycji by był żeby nie to
Imagine if Freddie with his Fashion designs in these days, his designs will be better than any other popular brand like Gucci and all of that type.
Facts 💯💯💯
Imagine a rock God, with his own fashion label, I think that would be awesome.
@@michaelasquith9791 Freddie would have made a fortune.
@@fifermcgee5971, I would love to buy some of Freddie's clothing range, especially his yellow Live Aid jacket, that's if I knew who Jim Hutton gave it to.
@@michaelasquith9791 M.S. you have exceptional taste that jacket is smashing, however, only Freddie could wear it to full advantage.
Don't worry about keeping Freddie's music alive ....... He'll never ever be forgotten and will live on forever with his music and stage performances.
God, Freddie was just unbeatable and a super star. Totally special and individual. Absolute legend with no competition. If you don't agree he's clearly the best their is then you not correctly wired in the brain. I just love him
7:10 *cringes when the paper drops
I feel bad for his mom because Freddie Died at such a young age and had a good life that made his mom proud
My eyes got teary every time his mom talked about his memory! She is just the sweetest thing - I hurt for her loss as well as all of ours. Bless his family, and rest in Peace, Freddie.
Am I the ONLY one who is mad about her eating cereal while introducing the legends mom?
Yeah, so.low class. No manner
Who are these interviewers?? They have zero respect it actually angers me
Most British middle class and white elite types anger me incredibly. As do people like Priti Patel, an Indian who "turned" British establishment.
And they are touching the documents and designs like they where nothing
Media SUCK ARSE big time.
Ash my Blunt literally ! They clearly know nothing about him and then LEAVING THE PAPER ON THE FLOOR is so disrespectful to Freddie and his family
Someone has to tell them on the phone
+BollywoodBachan - Zanzibar is actually in Tanzania in Africa
+miss kitson Nope he was Indian.
His mum and his sister are so nice and adorable
This is so sweet and touching you can see how Freddie's mum & sister love and care for him. So beautiful!
It's so lovely to see where Freddie's kind, gentle nature came from.

Mr.Freddie mercury will never be forgotten by the audience's and for me I will be a fan Of Mr. Mercury till eternity. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeyo
Freddie's mother is very sweet and worried her son might be forgotten, but we all know that will never happen, Freddie is unforgettable in every way! His sister sounds lovely and spoke kindly of her brother. Thanks for sharing this interview.
Freddie was so gifted and talented . Queen , with Freddie, John, Brian and Roger were absolutely the most outstanding band in the world. We are so blessed to have had such an iconic Legends in our lives. He will be in our hearts for Eternity and he will
never be forgotten. Freddie , the King of Queen!! 👑💖🎶
I'd like to say to Freddie's mum that He is not dead and he still lives in the heart of millions of people. But I guess she already knows it. Love.
This is the most cold hearted conversation ever .
One of the sweetest pics of Freddie is of him standing with his hands so lovingly around his sister when she was about half his height. He looked like the best protective big brother ever in that pic. Its surely one of my favorite of Freddie.
One thing is for certain Freddie will never be forgotten, his music will go on and on !
Wow omg this vid so wonderful Freddie's mom and sister are so lovely just like him
At 51 I'm so happy to see performers who had polarized public perception in their day finally be seen as the great artists they where. Performers like Freddy and Queen, The Bee Gees and John Denver are more appreciated now then they where then since they are finally being seen for their music....at last.
What a wonderful sweet and caring woman Miss Bulsara is...!
A parent losing a child at any age is difficult. What a sweet mother Freddy had. And now I’m crying for them both.
I love his mother, is so beautiful, lovely, sweet. Beautiful woman. She loves him immensely and still of course is sad for what happened to him but she may feel good that he's not suffering anymore. Famous or not she's so proud of his son. 💖🌷
Quite frankly, I really like and admire his mum (I am American and refer to my own mother as mum). Seems like a person that I would love to be around.
He had such amazing magnetism....beautiful man RIP 💜
