Am I seeing this wrong or is on the side written 850 cm³? I am planing to buy r125 and engine swap something bigger. But I dont know what is possible to fit into r125. Would love to hear your advice.
Thanks for watching, and please subscribe if you haven't already done so. The 850 cm³ is a reference to 850 millilitre of oil. A 300cc engine should fit in, but I'm not 100% sure without trying it. I do know that an MT -03 engine is wider, so that may cause some issues with the frame mounts, and it would require longer bolts.
In all honesty, no. It will go on practically the same way as a 125 engine. Of course, you will have to flash ECU with the right tune in order to get the timing right.
Well, there's smart, and there's legal. I'm not going to provide erroneous advice. All I will say is that I've seen plenty of bikes all over the Internet with the type of modification you're describing. Best of luck.
Thanks!
No problem!
Hey mate, any chance you could do a vid showing how to remove and replace the exhaust please?
Thanks for watching, and please subscribe if you haven't already done so. I will make an exhaust removal video in the coming weeks.
@@DIYMagpi already subscribed and thank you mate
