I was like I knew it. And I felt bad for getting mad at the other guy for interfering in the restaurant. But he should have done more. Really great film, a little rough for someone who comes from a history of abuse but still a must see.
I heard this playing during the closing credits of It Ends With Us and was instantly captivated. The vocals are so beautiful. Although I love Brittany’s version of the song too, I think this one has a compelling and powerful quality. It’s now on my Spotify playlist- one of my current favs.
since i learned what this song is about it means so much to me as someone who had a very similar experience. this is such a wonderful beautiful cover that does a beautiful touching song great justice. long live Britney, long live Ethel

If you think what Britney went through with her family, they're less different than one may think. At least from that point of view. Maybe covering something by Britney Spears has a meaning beyond the music itself.

I don't know much about this artist. She might be really great with her own songs, but this remake covers whatever you want to call; it is terrible. The original is so beautiful. This cover I can barely hear her sing through all that dizzying melody if that's what you want to call it. It's like she's trying to channel Sarah McLaughlin and Enya. From a marketing standpoint, she chose the right song by a huge artist who's giving or going to bring her traffic to her own music. Let's hope her own music is better. It can't be worse in my humble opinion.
