    The issue is known to some RT switches, its a firmware problem. DD had that too, it's gone now

    since the switches are hot swappable, I assume you could also throw some regular keys on there instead of those odd low profile looking ones?
    Also great video per usual!

      i’m pretty sure hall effect pcbs have different programming in the motherboard and therefore isn’t compatible with a traditional mechanical switch, not 100% sure tho

      You can only use magnetic switches in this keyboard. Normal switches will not work.

      I actually like those small keycaps, the gaps being there between each keys lowers the chance of me hitting the wrong key by accident.

    i'm a bit confuse with the best settings for RT. What do you recommand ?

    • @AimAdapt
      @AimAdapt  4 месяца назад

      Setting vary depending on whatever works best for you. With the issues I am having with my keyboard I recommend anything .3mm or higher for the press. .1mm is working fine for me with the release.

    Interesting keyboard but all that nonsense with Win key and what not is not a vibe. Hope they get rid of all that and go for the regular experience. Its a pass for now, seems like a rushed product. Good coverage, it'd save the "early adopter" headache for many.

    Hi Liam, I was wondering if you could recommend me pads that are similar in terms of speed as the Superglide Glass Pad, but with a little bit more stopping power. I had the Strikepad and while it was good, it's somehow super slow now. Maybe it's due to dust/extreme humidity here in South East Asia. So yeah resistant pads are also a bonus.

    • @AimAdapt
      @AimAdapt  4 месяца назад

      Glass pads do feel pretty different from the strike pad. The speed is similar but they feel pretty different. The super glide is a great glass pad but you get a little less control in your micro adjustments.

      @@AimAdapt Yep, Strikepad was perfect for me! But it became unusable in just a few weeks sadly. I also bought the Tang Dao and it was so slow I ditched it instantly. And people say the Tang Dao is on the "hybrid" side, I can't imagine how slow actual mudpads are. Do you have any recommendation for pads around the Strikepad's speed?

    After using a 75% layout that lines the F1 up with the 1 key and so on. I could never use any other layout. Sadly would have to pass. look how far F1 is away from 1 key. For MMO players this is bad.

      Just a heads-up that this is fixed, at least in my Unit. No matter the RT settings and even on 0.1mm it never does this.

    Liam, interesting review. I bought this keyboard a few days ago to try out, and had initially intended to wait for reviews. But I couldnt resist trying it out. 😊
    IIRC, the game mode option is to prevent players from hitting the windows key accidentally while in game, though it can easily be turned off, as you demonstrated. It also allows the rapid trigger function, which would be utilized only in game mode.
    As for the dks function, it's offered in the multi point actuation mode, and allows for up to 3 per key. I'm not sure if I experienced the issue you had with the key presses in short actuation settings, but I didn't notice any problems when playing a game.
    Overall, I like the keyboard, though I do wish it had an all metal case and a metal knob. I also wish it came with more rgb options. Though tbh, I only use the static setting, as I play in the dark, and need to see the keys. Too, I wish the led brightness was higher, but I guess it's because of the open keys which prevents this.
    However, it does perform much better than my Steelseries Apex Pro Mini Wireless, which i have problems in terms of inconsistent actions when using rapid trigger. Also, unlike the Apex Pro, I can set the rgb and close the software in the background. The latency vs the Wooting was a concern, so I'm glad to see that that they're comparable. I was considering getting the 80he, but this board is cheaper and more available. I hate pre-orders, lol.
    Thanks for another informative review! 🍻
