Same. It looks like we need a moving cursor to go into settings. But cursor frozen. Perhaps other people had another mouse or touchscreen hence them being able to go into settings.

Hey friends, if your device is a touchscreen sometimes I find going from tablet mode and then back to laptop mode reactivates the mouse cursor.
What do you do if you accidentally delete mice and other pointing devices instead

If using Bluetooth then check under Bluetooth devices or if using touchpad then find it under human interface device 👍

Why does the mouse disappear in the first place?
It can be with many reasons. Mostly driver issue if have old drivers.
