On the menu at my store in Australia, we’ve got two different types of tacos and burritos, a crunch wrap supreme, nachos with hot chips or chips, a cantina bowl and a few ‘snack’ items, that’s it.
I’ve been to America, and you guys had like 15 different types of burritos haha.

I’d describe Taco Bell as the trailer park version of Mexican food haha
Any tips for where to get good Mexican food? I'm from Northern Europe and we don't really do Mexican food but my boyfriend lives in California so I've gotten to try it when visiting him. Tried a few different places that were supposed to be authentic and every time I was sorely disappointed :/ Honestly I think Taco Bell is nicer than any of the "authentic" Mexican food I've tried - though Taco Bell is not hugely impressive either. Are there any places you can recommend with top notch Mexican food? The food I've tried so far was soggy, bland (minus the hot sauces), any bread items were crusty, the guacamole was practically baby vomit, it was overall very unpleasant. SURELY I must have just had bad experiences, I know Mexican food is fairly popular so there's no way the places I've tried are representative of what it's supposed to be like!
@@KreeZafi Taco Bell is like the pre-packaged frozen dinner of real Mexican cuisine. It's nothing like the real deal. No ground beef, nacho cheese, or yellow taco shells. What part of California is your bf in? Not all Mexican restaurants are good.

@@KreeZafi el cholo & king taco are in Los Angeles & are more authentic. Maybe start out with the more simple dishes to ease into the cuisine but taco bell is very americanized & not a true representation of Mexican food.

I recommend the 7 layer burrito 🌯 ! It’s my favorite thing there. If they have a breakfast menu, TRY THE BREAKFAST CRUNCHWRAP! It’s the best thing they have!!!

The Crunchwrap Supreme is my go to. Some times I will ALSO get the Nachos BellGrande (regular chips-not spicy, ground beef, nacho cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and refried beans). I don’t like the beans so I replace it with extra beef. Sometimes it all gives me an instant BM).
