Something that really helped me baking is you scoop flour into the measuring scoop then use your finger or back if a knife to level. When you shake it, you’re packing in flour and usually end up with drier baked goods.
Condensed milk should be a very thick liquid if it isn't able to be poured out of the can in has likely spoiled 😬😵❤ every time I see your videos I click so fast! You're my favorite!
I love your videos! Also pro tip: melting the butter and chocolate in a glass bowl over a pot of boiling water melts the chocolate gently and prevents it burning :) (It does take a little longer but so worth it, makes a lovely creamy texture/taste 😊)

Only seeing this now out of nowhere but a little tip for cracking eggs, use the back of a blunt knife and hit the middle of the egg, it'll help with not getting shell when you're cracking the egg. Hope this helps😂😊
The red bit parts are tiny blood vessels that anchor the yolk inside the egg. They come along with the white/clear stringy bit in the egg white. You're welcome ;)

Using the hammer in the kitchen is iconic. xD I want to try this recipe and I'm going to call it the Caito Brownie-ato ! HOLY SHIZ THAT IS A LOT OF BUTTER, BUT OBVIOUSLY THIS IS GONNA BE SOME AMAZING LIT BROWNIES. I used to have ants try and get in my sugar as well, I put it in a canister sitting on the counter and it's air tight so they can't get in! :) Also, for eggs, since I suck at cracking them (I always get shells in my food), I use a separate bowl to crack the eggs so that way, you're just fishing out the shell if it breaks and it won't get mixed in with the food! :) Also to get the yolk, perhaps use a strainer or something to hold the yolk so all the egg whites go away, whereas if you want just the egg white, you can crack the egg in a bowl and then use an empty water bottle to suck up the yolk, leaving just the egg white! Also HELLL NOOO, I ALWAYS put my eggs in the fridge! I don't want those chickens BECOMING BORN.
