Simple Swordfish Skewers [Recipe] | Azorean Cuisine

Two of my favorite aspects of Azorean Cuisine get combined in this super simple and easy swordfish skewer recipe! Delicious seafood, and the best marinade from the Atlantic, Pimenta Moida!
This is the first "formal" recipe I've made for Craving to Create, so just know that they are going to improve over time (i.e. this is a little rough) BUT I am super happy to share my love of Azorean food with all of you! It's an awesome weeknight recipe, whether in the oven or on a grill, and fun to do with family and friends!

We used to do this with sturgeon from caspien sea. The best skewers you will ever taste. Never tried it with American sturgeon though but I’m urge it’s just as tasty. If you can get your hands on sturgeon try it you won’t be disappointed.
