FSR 3.1 in this game is BETTER than XeSS as far as shimmering and artifacts go. FSR3.1 on quality Mode looks better than Xess on Ultra Quality! For Mile Morales Spiderman, Xess was better than FSR but I just played it through yesterday and today with 4K 120 Frame gen native TAA. I can't stand any artifacts at all. FSR3.1 is proving AMD is going in the right Direction. Now I will go explore in Forbidden west.

At 8:28 you can see all the texture detail on those bricks, also right after you zoom in on the bow and all of her hair looks clean. I can't believe that this is 720p to 2160p. I played Jedi Survivor on PS5 at launch when they used fsr from 720p to 4k in the 60fps mode and it looked terrible. But this looks way to good to be true. I remember you did a video of Cyberpunk using path tracing and you used the ultra performance setting, and that didn't look too great either. But this example is ridiculously good. There's a ton of foliage here and fsr just does not do a good job with grass. But here it looks clean and I can look at every individual leaf on the trees. When aloy is moving around in front of the grass at 10:02 there's not alot of ahimmering around her as I expected, almost can't even tell.
I played HFW on a PS4 slim. It looked good on my Benq 24 inch Full HD monitor with HDR. It doesn't look good on the 43 inch 4k tv. I don't care about videogames anymore.

i just got it too. I LOVE IT. It's perfect fsr 3.1 implemenation. As good or even better than Avatar which was my favorite graphics game of 2023.
