I have worked in Day Care and in Preschool for many years and each age group has it's hard points but, before even watching half of your day, I have to give you props! The infant room needs to run like clockwork with them eating and sleeping and everything on time! In older classrooms there are other things that make those rooms equally difficult but you have a little bit more wiggle room in the schedule. With babies it is a screaming and crying nightmare if you get even a little bit off track! God bless you for keeping up with a schedule like that! Babies are great because they can be sweet and cuddly and there is something wonderful about holding a baby. But people forget that is is a hard job! Taking care of just 1 baby is hard having like 6 of them in on! Also God bless you for being able to handle the tiny ones! 3 months old is so tiny! You have to have patience and a strict schedule in your job. I teach 3 year olds now and I realize that this was made 2 years ago so, perhaps you don't have babies any more - but you are amazing for having done this!
thank you! i did work with the babies full-time for a year but have been at college the past two years. the daycare still has babies though, just a new group of course :)
it's a good thing that your daycare is fine on you vlogging with kids.. like literally we can see the faces of the toddlers/infants.. coz I know in some other daycare, they prohibiting it. even taking some pictures?
hi! yes, I actually purposefully cut out the shots where their faces were facing the camera and close up. all the shots left in this video, you can’t see their whole face. I also made sure to have my boss (the daycare director) watch the video before I uploaded it to make sure it fit all of our policy’s/guidelines. thank you for your concern/questions! do you have children in daycare?

awe that's awesome! i love that :) at my daycare, you just had to have a high school diploma to be an assistant teacher. to be a lead teacher you have to go to college for early childhood.
Aahh, you work with children! That’s nice😊 I’d be curious to know if that AHA you got really works on your acne and marks! Let me know🤔 Enjoy your day, Tara!💞
yeah it is, i love it! i'll be sure to mention it in an upcoming video! this week my skin has actually been clearing up so i'm waiting to see if it lasts or goes back. thank you, you too Ava!!
Hey Ava! So it’s been awhile now that I’ve been using the AHA and I definitely think it has helped, but it hasn’t totally gotten rid of everything or prevented new pimples. But some of my old marks have been fading and I can tell it’s from the help of the AHA. So I’d say you should try it and see how it works on your skin!
I'm very nervous about putting my almost 3 month old in daycare bc he dont like to take naps and he crys alot and eats so much more then a three month should
hello! obviously i don't know your child, but have you done research to see if he actually "cries a lot" and "eats more than normal" or is that just your perception? it could be he's just being a typical baby! regarding sending him to daycare, if you have a need for him to go then don't worry, the teachers are getting paid to love and care for your child! do your best to find a center with good reviews though :) but also, if you don't have to send him to daycare you definitely don't have too!! i hope this helps you with your nerves 💛

i would love to give you a more specific answer but it really depends on the person and the daycare! i found it tiring at times because i worked 10 hour days, but it was very fulfilling for me! at my daycare most people worked full-time hours, 40 hours a week, but some people worked between 10-35 hours as part-time employees.
