I live in Humber Bay and we have the best free spaces to hang out. Tons of benches. Butterfly walks and beautiful views. All free
Agreed it's a fantastic area.
Toronto needs more public washrooms
@@bonbonvegabon Toronto should legislate public bidets in public washrooms…
Kind of like Ontario Place right !
Toronto does dull like no other North American city. Toronto’s strength is dullness…Dull, duller, dullest..Dull is affordable in an unaffordable city!
Lmao it's so true.
@@rajastylez Add to Toronto infinite amounts of never ending construction…On a positive note Toronto will be a great city once it’s finished building…
The city of Toronto being destroyed with all the construction and delays so congested now roads are all narrow more time on the road going to your destination 1 lane city of a population of 3 million people in Toronto insane ,people leaving Toronto such a mess
Just like any big cities
@@Sam-z1t6p Toronto leads the world in complaining…Complaining is what Toronto does very well…

Im with Tracy
Is this study by the same idiots who said to get rid of the Gardiner on/off ramps by the Don Valley?
She knows what she is talking about.
Toronto waterfront failures since 1980s 😊
"massive revamp"--- so more shoebox sized million dollar condos that the average person can't afford
You clearly didnt watch the video
@@rethinker167 yes I did. You can say whatever you want in the video but at the end of the day it will become what it is already becoming....highend shoebox sized condos that the average person cannot afford.
You dont need a study to show that
They won't build public spaces because construction companies own this city. Toronto would rather build condos or commercial units.
This city lacks ambition and vision.
Love Tracy!!!
Property tax needs to go up 😂
Toronto sucks now no question about it, and whatever the city comes up I'm sure will be not well 👍
We need a red light district at the waterfront.
NO WE DONT
Nothing in this country is free, Trace
Except the libraries like she said and parks
@@ChattieCathie and the interest on investments and the tax deduction for capital gains...
and property costs paid for by tenants who make less income than you... and profit margins...
Advice is free. Especially worthless advice…
These guys want socialism on the waterfront
