I understood a lot of general stuff, somewhere between beginner and intermediate, I think. Of course my issue is always the lack of vocabulary. I hear many words I didn't know, but I recognize them as individual words. I know where one ends and the next begins. I could probably even write them down. I'd spell them wrong, though.
My suggestion is to make these shorter and more frequent, say about half the length. Listeners should be able to put what they heard into their native language as a way to indicate understanding. If they're too long, learners forget what they heard and miss information they actually understood.

As Fedor says at the beginning, it's ok if you don't understand everything. Inmersion is also useful, just listening and even being able to tell words apart, as you do, is great practice. I get the same feeling.
It's very pleasant when, sometimes, you pay attention to one word that you know you've heard many times, and look for it or ask someone about it, to finally store it into your memory with the corresponding meaning.
Finding words in different contexts is also important. For example, yesterday I saw the phrase "испытай свою удачу", and today I heard this verb again in this podcast as "испытать культурный шок".

around 3:53 with the word "as" - it needs to be a vibrating z sound ... otherwise it sounds like an "avoid-word"
