Yeah, I can understand. Elysian is amazing....and they have several locations. If and when you're ready to talk so we can make sure you're at a location you would totally enjoy!
I'm looking at Newport lofts and can't stop smiling. I want to live there, I'm currently in California, and actually thinking of renting a cool loft in The Arts District first, first I would love to have a conversation to hear what you have to say. I hope you found something to smile about today,
Such an awesome video. I’m moving Summer 2024 and am likely going to Elysian at Palms. As you stated, I want to get a feel of Sin City before even considering a condo.
Awesome! Let me connect you with the team so you are guaranteed to get the best deal! Feel free to send me your info at 702-277-7606 or fill out my form and we can chat! Would love to answer your questions before you move. bit.ly/LVGRealEstate
I feel you about Elysian being hard to get in. I was turned down from there, as well as 4 other properties. I put in an application on 2 more places to rent. 1 is a condo, the other a traditional apartment. I’m not hopeful the apartment will accept me. The condo states low income in the paperwork, so I can’t imagine they’d turn me down. The problem with the condo so far, is that I can’t see it unless they accept my application first. Anyway, hope you found a nice place to stay in Vegas.
Planning on moving there's this year. Coming from Jersey solo. Kids graduated so ima try it. My age kinda discourage me since im 40 and Vegas seem like a young town. I work in forklift industries warehouses driving lifts and doing quality control. I guess there should be plenty of work there since it stay open 24 hours. Just trying to find a place close to the jobs.
Don't believe Vegas is a young town. It's got so many things for everyone! And a lot of people are choosing to retire here! If and when you are ready to talk, please don't hesitate to reach out. In fact, if you want me to reach out to you directly, please fill out the form here: bit.ly/LVGRealEstate
It'd be my pleasure. If you're cool with me reaching out to you, please fill out the form that pops up here: bit.ly/LVGRealEstate. Or you can send me a text at 702-277-7606
That is such a great question and it really depends on each person's situation. If you're open to me reaching out to you to get an idea of what your situation is, please fill out the form here bit.ly/LVGRealEstate so I can reach you at your most convenient time.
Are you able to advise someone who is on a tighter budget? I looked at Elysian and it's too high for me. I would like the Summerlin vibe and safety but at a lesser cost. I have excellent credit and stable employment (would be employed transplanting in). Thanks for any feedback.
Happy to give you any advice I can. If you want to text me here: 702-277-7606, you can. But if you prefer I be the one to reach out to you directly, you can fill out the form here: bit.ly/LVGRealEstate
Hello! I am a student from SoCal that’s planning to study at UNLV! I had a question about the renting options when it comes to any sort of rent discounts or vouchers for students.❤❤
Yes of course! First, so glad you're wanting to study at UNLV. I think it's a great school. As far as renting options go, I'd be happy to speak to you and let you know what you can look forward to. Please fill out the form that pops up here: bit.ly/LVGRealEstate. Or you can send me a text at 702-277-7606
Look into the quad style apartments. There is a bunch near the college area basically you get your own room/ full bath. Then you share kitchen/ living space with about 3 other rooms. So your front door enters your room then other door with lock obviously then enters shared space just like a 4 bed apartment wifh own attached bathrooms. They about 800+ maybe get student discounts.
They have some options, but it might be more valuable to have a chat on the phone. I can give you the information you need on this plus other possible options you can think about. If you'd like me to give you a call, please fill up the form here bit.ly/LVGRealEstate so my assistant can get you on my calendar. 😊
I’m not sure. It’s up to the individual property managers and owners to determine what they accept. I’d suggest writing a letter explaining it and submitting with your applications
No one should ever move to Vegas. This place sucks now. It’s horrible here You have to pay an arm and a leg just to go to the casinos or the strip Trust me live outside of Vegas
So sorry you feel that way. It's not for everyone, but it's also not the most expensive city to live. It all just depends on what you're looking for and what your goals are. Thank you for commenting anyway...

The other day, some dude was out by the bus stop eating someone’s leg that’s sick. You do not want to move here

She's biased. Nobody should contact this fake agent for the lousy apt buildings. Elysian is a joke in the ghetto
Sorry you feel that way. Thanks for commenting and watching my video anyway. Totally helps with the algorithm.
