Should work with instant espresso Though to get that much "froth' from the mixing, you will need to add some more water, depending on your cup size. You'll just need to add small amounts until you get the desired look you want. Just tried it with sugar in a 1:1:1 and didn't get much result until i added some more water

it just look good but taste aweful. instead of using so much of water, use little milk (preferably warmer, 2-3 spoon is enough) and then stir it well before blending it. Tastes much better and created lesser foam
