Money changes people, when you go full balls deep into the stock market you can't treat it as your personal casino, cashing in your money early is a legitimate strategy, and even if the stocks you purchased keep rising or fall, you still make a profit
Yep. My dad invested an equivalent of 10k in stock and made a profit of 30k and after that he started pouring cash into it. Now he has around 100k in stocks and is currently at loss since if he were to sell those he would only get about 40k and those stock that he has invested in has not seen any growth since years. What makes me mad is that he didn't even do any research when he bought those. 100k is a lot of money to just throw in without any research. And it all started because the first time ever when he put in some cash which was also without any research, he got 4 times more money than what he had invested.
