The government wasted £15 billion on substandard PPE £700 million on the Rwanda policy and 90% of this £2 Billion figure is down to DWP errors and a broken system not fraud. The former head of the DWP had millions hidden offshore.

The 'Government's' money comes entirely from taxpayers against their consent.
It has no moral authority to regard this an affront.

Since we work in a place where the government can get away with crimes and pay their way out, why should the poorest in society have integrity? Businesses put in little money and expect maximum effort. Nothing pays anymore in a cost of living crisis. Take what you can and give nothing back.

I only claimed for things I needed after contracting flesh-eating disease. I was rejected, no one told me you always get rejected and have to appeal. so I didn't.
You don't know anything. -- only reason I got anything (eventually) was that I sent a picture of a giant hole in my hip after 7 debridement surgeries to a caseworker at the Local DWP.
when I tried to get help for the severe depression I suffered after being released from the hospital, and being homeless for a year, I was treated like a scammer. Never appealed that and never got it., or any help at all. I had to learn to walk again entirely by myself. It took me four years,.

    • @McSab

That's awful. But unfortunately unsurprising! The claims process for any kind of benefits or support is a massive barrier for the majority of people. Reams upon reams of pages and one wrong tick in the wrong box and denied. The system is supposed to be one of support but it seems it's built to fail, it's one of cruelty instead. Hope you are recovering as well as can be, despite the awful 'safety net' failing you so badly.
