香蕉蛋糕（面包） Banana Walnut Cake

香蕉蛋糕、香蕉面包
材料：
熟香蕉3根、鸡蛋2个、黄油85克、红糖65克
中筋面粉300克、泡打粉4克、小苏打2克、盐2克
盖是锡纸375°F烤一个小时，然后拿掉锡纸再烤15分钟。

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, 85g butter, 65g brown sugar
300g all-purpose flour, 4g baking powder, 2g baking soda, 2g salt
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for one hour, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
