@@DoubleOProductions Sounds great! Thank you very much for the reply! Your fixes are outstanding, I can't wait to see the whole movies. Keep up the great work!
How is this going? Btw, did you repurpose the water-plane shot for Bond's escape? since you implied he survived in your Gunbarrel video? I really hope so, because for that to work, one would need to color shift Daniel's shirt and hang on some suspenders for those 7 seconds, and I think you're the only one with personal interest in it that's got the skill. Even if weren't planning on using those shots, I hope this peaks your interest, It's not often a fan base gets the opportunity to make a alternate ending to a film without it feeling clunky, but if those continuity errors were ironed out, I think this could be that rare case. That sweater thing is the only real obstacle, aside from it being a bit too obvious that Mathilde's seat in the car at the end is a front seat to move her back and combine it with the shot with Bond driving, like most editors have done, but I'm sure someone else could cut the head-cushion off or something if that's a bit of a boring task.
Finished ages ago..and thanks for your comments... my cut shaves 20min or so from the film without losing anything...just minor trims here and there. but.. don't over-complicate... to make bond live all one has to do is not show him going up in a ball of fire in front of the lens in close up... by removing that shot the end becomes ambiguous 'did he?' didnt he?' it's much better that way..
@@DoubleOProductions Agreed. that's what I did with my edit. Then I removed the drinks for the dead scene and put the "james bond will return". Worked great.
If I was to attempt Jaws 3, I would only fix the actual 3D version.. I can actually prepare shots for use with 3D glasses...learned it during lockdown for use with 3D dLP glasses and projectors.
thanks man....decided to go classic bond with it... Next major video will be about creating The Workprint cut of the film...not so much image manipulation but all about editing this time and there will be quite a controversial voice over too.
Is the website with all your edits available yet? If so, can you point me in the right direction please? 🙏🏻
I asked them several times but they won't answer. Does anyone know where to find Double O's finished edits now that SDN Editions is closed?
Hi Davide... they will soon be available together on one website.

@@DoubleOProductions hey are you doing fixes to ghostbusters 2 as well?
Does G2 need fixing? pretty sure they were using digital compositing by then which was massively superior to blue screen/ black screen compositing.
@@DoubleOProductions I’m not sure there could be spots that need to be updated I don’t know?

I have always liked Jaws 3/3d I would love to see your fix of the effects that sadly in some cases ruined a good movie

Nice work on the intro. That's the best version so far.
