I have to say I'm really enjoying your videos of the luthiers and buildings. I wish I could visit Cremona someday, but for now your videos are my virtual vacation away from the USA. I've just taken up the violin at the age of 65. I want to learn to play but I am very attracted to the construction side as well. Thank you so much and it's nice to see you all get along so well. Oh! and I love hearing you speak the language even though I don't understand it. Sounds wonderful anyway.
Thank you, Russ! There is alway something to learn. Right? all the best Edgar PS.: I haven't seen you signing up on Patreon. Monday will be the next Q&A, only for subscribed patrons!!!! 3€ and you can send me your questions also days before and watch the videos later on. 🤭

This brings back so many memories!! The last time I was in Stefano's shop, there was a blue ribbon in the window in celebration of the birth of his son. It is wonderful to see how our "makers" have become masters. Love the video!! Love the T-shirt on Maurio.
So nice to read your comment now here. I have written something regarding you in the description here of this video. I swear I didn't see your comment, but my reaction with Stefano started during our visit in Atlanta when we came over to you. greetings to all of you hug Edgar PS.: I haven't seen you signing up on Patreon. I understand that most of the cremona luthiers use oil varnish. Why Stefano use spirit varnish instead? Would it damp the resonance of the violin and affect the sound?

It's amazing to see the workshop of these great luthier's. Thanks, great idea 👍.
Awesome !!! Thank you to give us the oportunite to visit Cremona and learn about violin's makers !!! God bless you !!!
Amazing. I am such a fan of Mr Trabucchi's work. It is very refreshing to see that a maestro of his calibre is also very personable and down-to-Earth.
Tgank You for going on these visits and introducing the different makers and showcasing your town !!!
This is very special indeed !!!
Thank you, Russ!
