A cool one that comes directly from MacOS is ctrl + shift+ 3/4, with it you can quickly take a screenshot

Not to be super technical, but on a Mac, CTRL+Arrow Key doesn’t switch between apps, it switches between desktops. Command+Tab switches between apps, and CTRL+ArrowKey switches between desktops. It just so happens that full-screen apps take up their own desktop on the Mac.

Is there a way to access the microphone to “talk to text” from the keyboard? Thank you!
Modify your keyboard to be a diferent device, if you have looked through the settings, in the accessibility menu, you can find that there is a thing called "control by button", modify your keyboard ot be detected by the thing, then change a few settings to have that button act as a toggle for the "the talk to text" thing
Its complicated to put on words
Actually, there is a way to change the language of the keyboard, maybe you could jailbreak to change the talk to text setting, to be on the keyboards(language) list
Except that now you will have to test if it really works, and if it doesnt, I can think of a couple outcomes such as
[Your tablet bricks
[Your tablet just crashes and reboots normaly
[Your tablet is now stuck on the talk to text language forever, so every time the keyboard is used, or you want to type something, your tablet crashes, and if you have a text password it will practicaly brick your tablet, but it will tecnically not be bricked, so you can reset the thing, if you have a keypad password you could delete the talk to text setting and then it will stop, *unless* it crashes when you take it off, then your tablet is pretty much useless

Frank thank you for your response. On another video, a guy (Dailey Tekk) used the app “Dictate and Share” and put it in his doc so he could always get to it, even when attached to a keyboard. I want to try that, but I can’t find the app. I posted that question to him and once I hear from him, I will share with you.

Press and hold the downward facing arrow on the bottom right of the screen to pull up the software keyboard then press dictate key as usual.

I tried to hold command inside an app, for example Files app. It shows available shortcuts for Files app, but my ipad also shows available shortcuts for my ipad in general (such as cmd H to go home). So I got general keyboard shortcuts on top of specific app shortcuts.
Any idea to fix this?

Great video! Thanks!! It was very useful.
However I do think that we need to be less picky, and make up our minds on what we really want. Why buy an iPad if you're not using the touch screen? If it doesn't appear on the keyboard, it's becoz you can just as easily touch the screen to do those tasks! It probably takes the same amount of time, if not even faster. Just a little practice and getting used to will do. People aren't up for any challenges these days.

Now, almost every shortcut an ordinary user wants are added, thanks to apple pushing the use of magic keyboard. I would say M1 ipad is as usable and feature pack as a book air.
