      I was mid teens when started with meditation at a tiquando class , the basis of meditation and breathing and pressure points uses. its very simple for me and i can destress very quickly with plenyty og experiences in practicing for calmness. in 48 now so its been a while of doing with Great success the hands rubbing and raising and lowering with i different rate of breathing for Also excellent results

    Spirit led me to you. Bet you get that a lot. The question I was considering was what markers show authenticity. Up first popped a popular, well known, TV medium. I’d seen him before and so passed him by. Then up popped you. Your site says you’ve been on YT since 2019, but despite hundreds of similar searches, YT Algy had never chosen you before. Bet you get that a lot, too. Just this morning on waking up I heard “Hello.” I do not usually hear spirit externally. I see you are both sincere and knowledgable. Blessings.

    You got it! With so many out there giving us hooks 🪝 holes 🕳️ vacuums, gaps, deceptions, fear laden partial truths or outright covert hostility … you are the great alternative and the one who delivers the best ‘channel’ for me to tune in to. Perfect harmony in a blighted field of dreams and screams.

    Thank you so much. I highly relate to everything you told. Especially how INFPs feel no rest. And how I let my physical senses take control of me rather than be my true idealistic self. Unhealthy functions and getting under control of shadow functions and all were such a drain. But with this, I can find peace

      Excellent. This has worked wonders for me and helps me train my mind to discern between my instinctual "intuitive-feelings" and my spiritual "intuitive-knowing" which keeps life-drama to a minimum. Glad you found us and welcome.

    Hi I don't know where to start Im 45 from the UK I just came across your channel instantly I fellt relieved iv struggled all my life everything you've said makes so much sense I was wandering if you know anywhere that I could contact I just need to talk I have nobody that has the faintest idea about what I'm trying to tell them I just need a understanding ear

    I'm an ENTP. Do you have any advice for developing myself spiritually according to my type?

      @Lewis, the advise is the same for each personality types what changes is how each type with deal with and resolve the various challenges we encounter while we expand our awareness within.
      My best advice is to realize that your personality is of the physical and not the spiritual, therefore not unnamable. So as you develop psychic and healing skills, you will find you become more adaptable and you personality scores start to flatten out.

    How does one cease absorbing others negativity?

      By mastering stillness meditation then the skill skill of detaching from those things we do not consciously choose to keep.
      For me, I had to learn to spot a curiousness and judgmentalness which I combined with a slight vengefulness that had me holding onto the negativity I perceived from others.
      What I spotted was a slightly negative context (a type of self-defense) within myself that had me clinging to the negativity of others in a "like attracts like" connection.
      I hope this makes sense, I've never shared it before.

      @@theStoicMedium It makes sense. Meditation is hard to master and the older I get the easier it is to accomplish regularly. Where I am having issues is, I absorb negativity and can't process or release it in time for me to run into newer people.
      I can shield myself to an extent. After 10 Angry people, my mind is rarely quiet anymore.
