Have you continued to meditate? Do you use a meditation cushion or prefer to lay down when you meditate. I find that laying down make it physically easier to meditate longer because my legs dont fall asleep; however, when I meditate cross legged I seem to be able to focus better
@Tatiassage to be honest, I didn't continue to meditate. It wasn't because I didn't enjoy the benefits of meditation, I just kept putting it off. However every few months I will come back around and start again. Same with running
Everything has been hitting me all at once lately. Financial stress, work-life stress, emotional stress, etc. But I decided to try this meditation during my lunch instead of sitting and not doing anything (because I don't have money for lunch). It helped improve my mood drastically. Edit to update: Things have gotten better. I quit my old job and started another one closer to home. My boyfriend also works there, so we are saving money on gas, plus this job pays more since it is overnight. Things are really starting to work out for us. Now we are looking for land to move out trailer on and build the house we want. Edit 2 (08/08/2022): We did it! We got a house! We had to move and therefore move jobs, but we did it. Now we have a cat room and a guest room in addition to our own bedroom. We don't have a washer and or dryer yet, but that will come in time. Depression and anxiety still kick my butt though, especially lately.. probably just buyers remorse or something.
Hello Jillian. It can seem like all the probs hit us at once. I usedto experience that, overburdening feeling. I started to meditate regularly. While the same burdens and obsessive troubles were there, somehow I had stopped allowing them to torment me.

The "without judgement" part is something I'm continually working on. If I notice I'm angry or upset about something during meditation, I shame myself for not doing it right. Although my therapists keeps reminding me, "That's the point of mindfulness--being aware of how you feel and what you're thinking."

Yes! It's so important to take a few minutes of meditation in our day. We can always make room for 5 minutes of meditation. And yet I have friends who deny themself even 2 or 3 minutes of med. The excuse is always the same, "I don't have time." I get the impression that many people prefer to hold on to tensions, irritations etc, than try something new and unusual that may just work.🖤😊🤝🏼🖤

Simply amazing! 5 minutes went by unnoticably fast (in a good way, of course!) It helps me relax and stops me overthingking about the time i spend not doing something. 11/10 👍
I awoke with a racing mind. My body was full of jitters from the stress of my current living situation. Anxiety and stress is high. This meditation today is golden. I sat on the floor, crossed my legs. and closed my eyes. Breathing and stop the world around me. Thank you❤

I've been practicing 5 minutes of meditation from your video for the past 2 months and I really can see the improvement of my mental health, I also recommend this to my friend. Thanks for all of your work!
I've been feeling really dissociative lately after a tough couple of years. I've felt out of whack physically and emotionally lately, like I'm just not here. I remembered a couple years ago I used to listen to these meditations every day and it was the happiest and most peaceful I've ever felt, so last night I decided to try one and here I am again tonight trying another. Thank you for this. I’m really struggling to keep my mental health together, I have three autoimmune illnesses and I feel like I’m having nonstop setbacks. I love how you remind us to be compassionate to ourselves
I watched a video today of a group of friends who had permission to film a meditation session at a beautiful retreat. It had a great effect on them and I had never tried guided meditation before. This went by so fast! I feel very lucky in that I find it easy to just let things be. As I've aged I've learned to let go of caring what others think of me, and to learn that some things just don't matter in the grand scheme of things. I appreciated the break from too much visual stimulation and just letting myself and my surroundings "be" for a few minutes. I really enjoyed this, thank you. I will definitely be doing this again, and probably for a longer session as well.
I’ll be playing this to a group of seniors today as they lay with legs resting vertically up a wall, following 55 minutes of stretch, flexibility, and balance exercises. I’ll give their feedback afterwards. The content of your session is ideal for this public setting.
@@GreatMeditation I ‘audition’ quite a few 5 minute meditation videos. Recording clarity, vocal clarity and an even verbal meter are so important. Above that, a calming empathetic voice is essential and that intangible intimacy that indescribably is so lovely to listen to. YOU have it all. And it’s a bonus to have content that is appropriate in a ‘public’ setting. Thanks!
Been doing this meditation regularly for months. It really helps my mental state. I have bipolar disorder and with therapy and group DBT therapy, this meditation is the icing on the cake for keeping my ground and well mentally. Highly recommend regular use of this meditation. Before and after work. Before starting your day. Really helps put things into perspective and to let go of stress. Thanks for making this video. It has made all the difference for me!
This is my first experience and trial of meditation... mindfulness... Sper of a moment I thought... There is a person inside me... Great... I will continuously practice this... Thank you.
my finals end in 2 days and trust me when i saw this, i survived them cuz every morning i would meditate for 5 minutes and honestly these videos have saved my mornings and reduced my anxiety. thankyou so much!! love from india :)
This has helped me enormously. My mind was racing today, I couldn’t concentrate, I was alternating between feelings of panic and sadness. I feel much more at peace. I love meditations with a body scan, soft voice, and relaxing tones. This was utterly perfect. Thank you.
Omg. I just did this because I couldn’t fall back asleep because of my anxiety and it calm me down. Those five minutes felt like a minute I swear. Thank you so much.
Wow it was a whole experience, I really felt like I was present in the moment, being fully aware of my body and what I was doing, like really like a whole trip to recognize that I was alive and breathing, and exactly recognize and accept the thoughts that were going trough my mind and I didn’t realize they were there before, it opened my eyes to realize that meditation it is really a real thing that makes you aware of yourself.
I feel calm after doing just a 5 minute meditation. Usually do a 10 min and then a 5 min. Been doing for 4 weeks now and it is definitely helping with anxiety.
Holy moly this helped!!! I've been having anxiety attacks and sometimes panic attacks for 70 days because I'm dealing with an illness. Wow thank you so much for the video this makes me feel light in a great way
Thank you. This feeling of being grounded and just feeling my body, my breath, and my state of being help me feel it's okay to be in this moment. I don't have to fix anything right now, it's about accepting it.
I think this is the perfect thing to do for preventing burnout. Many of us have busy lives, so we easily forget ourselves and our well-being. Thank you for this beautiful meditation experience. I wish everyone a wonderful day, no matter how much or less you do. 🌷 Just breathe and don't be hard on yourselves.

Im just now getting back into medidtation. I didnt not realize how far have gone since I stopped. My mind has been so filled with demons lately, really its just me. Be mindful of your surroundings an what you feed your mind. At the end of the day the way you perceive the world is up to you. Make it what you want.
I feel like this 5 minutes is helping my ADHD. It’s a short enough period of time, that I can do it without procrastinating. I don’t know why but breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth really really helps me. Thank you for this!!
Bro I really enjoyed that, this was my first time meditating and it was like I was inside my body just relaxing and finding peace and coming back with a peaceful mind
Seriously this is really helping, I’ve been dealing with random fear and anxiety to the point I thought I was going insane.
Wonderful, great job Argo :)
I’ll be playing this to a group of seniors today as they lay with legs resting vertically up a wall, following 55 minutes of stretch, flexibility, and balance exercises. I’ll give their feedback afterwards. The content of your session is ideal for this public setting.
Wonderful... Thank Peter :)
The key is your voice. It has a nice pace and soothing tone. It's a feeling of you're talking directly to and at me. Very beneficial. 😊
Thank you so much 🙂
This is my first experience and trial of meditation... mindfulness...
Sper of a moment I thought... There is a person inside me... Great...
I will continuously practice this... Thank you.
my finals end in 2 days and trust me when i saw this, i survived them cuz every morning i would meditate for 5 minutes and honestly these videos have saved my mornings and reduced my anxiety. thankyou so much!! love from india :)
great job!
I’ll tell my son about this, thanks
This is by far the best most "meditative" 5 minute meditation I've tried, and I've done dozens. Love this one.
Wow, thank you!
This is exactly what I needed for getting to a proper state of mind for today. Thank you!
You're so welcome!
This has helped me enormously. My mind was racing today, I couldn’t concentrate, I was alternating between feelings of panic and sadness. I feel much more at peace. I love meditations with a body scan, soft voice, and relaxing tones. This was utterly perfect. Thank you.
Oh I know those feelings. It's amazing how powerful meditations like that are, right?
this was my first time, and i’m not really sure about how i feel, but i’m just going to believe that that’s part of the process
Omg. I just did this because I couldn’t fall back asleep because of my anxiety and it calm me down. Those five minutes felt like a minute I swear. Thank you so much.
This was a gift from the universe. I know I will meditate everyday thanks to this ❤️🙌🏼
I used to dread meditation but I didn’t even realise how quickly 5 mins went by today doing this meditation. I feel rejuvenated and hopeful.
Tank you!!! Wonderful, calming, and so helpful

Happy 2024! May this year be amazing for you!
This is ideal for people like myself with ADHD and CPTSD, who are struggling to focus for more than a few minutes at a time ! Thank you !
I do this every evening at the same time each day it’s very calming thank you 😊❤
The reminders to be nonjudgmental were particularly helpful today; continually learning and relearning to let go of expectations is fairly refreshing.
Thank you, my mind is almost thougtless right now🙏
Wonderful!
Holy moly this helped!!! I've been having anxiety attacks and sometimes panic attacks for 70 days because I'm dealing with an illness. Wow thank you so much for the video this makes me feel light in a great way

This was only five minutes yet it took me to a totally different place very quickly! Thank you 🙏🏾 😊
This mindfulness helped me with my intrusive thoughts and it is a good journey with yourself🙏🏻 thank you and spread love everywhere around you
Thank you. This feeling of being grounded and just feeling my body, my breath, and my state of being help me feel it's okay to be in this moment. I don't have to fix anything right now, it's about accepting it.
The time went by so quickly I thought that was 2 mins
I felt exactly the same
that means smt
I think this is the perfect thing to do for preventing burnout. Many of us have busy lives, so we easily forget ourselves and our well-being. Thank you for this beautiful meditation experience.
I wish everyone a wonderful day, no matter how much or less you do. 🌷 Just breathe and don't be hard on yourselves.
My life can get stressful sometimes, but this meditation help a lot! Thank you for making this, it helps me to relax and afterwards I'm calm for the rest of the day. And for the people who commented that have not a lot of money, I really hope that you are more successful in the future and don't suffer :)
Can't believe this was 5 minutes. It seemed time just whiffed away.
I feel so calm, mindful and alive!!!

This video was like a mini retreat-I feel so rejuvenated now!
I just tried this meditation for the first time and I loved it! I’ll definitely be back to do it again! :) ❤
Im just now getting back into medidtation. I didnt not realize how far have gone since I stopped. My mind has been so filled with demons lately, really its just me. Be mindful of your surroundings an what you feed your mind. At the end of the day the way you perceive the world is up to you. Make it what you want.
Such a calming, reassuring voice. Loved this experience.
Thank you spirit/ universe/ my ancestors and divine team for allowing me to come upon this magical 5minute session and just BE🤗✨🧘🏽♀️
Such a lovely start to my busy day. Thank you!
I feel like this 5 minutes is helping my ADHD. It’s a short enough period of time, that I can do it without procrastinating.
I don’t know why but breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth really really helps me.
Thank you for this!!
Very nice. Can't believe 5 minutes went by so fast. A great way to simply get started with meditation. Thank You!!
I ve had 5 beautiful minutes in which I breathed a calm air in every second of it❤️
So happy to see this 5 Minute Mindfulness Meditation. Easy to fit it into a busy day. Thanks. 🧘🏻♂
yes I agree, that`s so perfect!
this is saving me from a lot of anger, and unnecessary negative thoughts, and keeping me calm in everyday life. you're indeed saving lives.
Bro I really enjoyed that, this was my first time meditating and it was like I was inside my body just relaxing and finding peace and coming back with a peaceful mind
Great job Arman!
Seriously this is really helping, I’ve been dealing with random fear and anxiety to the point I thought I was going insane. My body was just overwhelmed and needed a break, I need to just work on sleep and learn to calm down, and this is the thing to help me. Hormones suck :( but I know I’ll be ok at least! Thank you !
Thank you 🙏
Olha só quem está aqui kkkk
