Hello sir i am 21 year young boy
And my heart beat is so much faster in the morning, when i wake up and it remain faster for like upto 1 hour, rest of the day i feel normal.
I think their are 2 reason that make my heart beat fast.. .
1). I have a bad habbit of masterbation from like 7 to 8 year (and i have excessively done Masterbation for like 1.5 years currently) which make me feel lazy for 2/3 days after i masterbate.
2). And the second reason could be i have a bad routin of sleep and eating , like i start sleeping around 3 a.m(i always go to bad by 1:30 a.m. but can't sleep till 3a.m ) which i think coz of INSOMNIAC and wake up at 10 a.m and then eat milk at 11 a.m and have lauch at 2p.m. and then dinner at 8 p.m
( Will i be good or cure this problem or will i have to suffer this for my whole life☹️☹️)
I m not a doctor ,so please help me by telling the reason which leads me too faster heartbeats when i wake up.
Thank You🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 eagerly waiting for your Reply 😊.

Dr. Cupta is spot on and I wish I would have found this video last year!
After several "misses" I had my breakthrough yesterday as to why I can't seem to rally after my heart attack and 5-way bypass. (Jan 2020) I was doing some online research today because of my breakthrough yesterday. My breakthrough came via a telemedicine call with a new psychiatrist and she nailed it in the first 3-5 mins. (After another was not even close for the last several months)
Everything she had to say mirrors perfectly everything Dr. Cupta is saying in this video, as a result I now have a new appointment with my cardiologist to discuss Zoloft and therapy. I do admit my cardiologist offered mental health referrals after my heart attack, at the time I thought I was still in the physical recovery from the surgical part. Up until my heart attack I considered myself a high-level achiever my entire life. (Without being solicited I was often asked where I got my edge from) I have always been self-sustaining but really having trouble relaunching after this heart disease set back. I have always been able to rally after life’s setbacks with the exception of this time. Finding supporting information seems so obvious now!
Thank you Dr. Sanjy Gubta for taking the time to provide this very important information and anyone that is fortunate enough to have you as their direct provider is a much better patient as a result. I can’t wait to “binge watch” your other videos now.

Doctor, you are quite simply on a higher mental, spiritual and human level than 99.00% of your medical colleagues who regard a patient's physical functioning as does a technician in a garage contemplating a suspected leaking water pump in a car.
What you said about an holistic approach to a patient was amazing, and how you factored in a person's quality of mental health upon their cardiac well-being was a revelation. Thank you greatly.

Your videos have helped me out tremendously doc. The magnesium tip alone has been life altering. But it's also your up beat attitude. I see three doctors and none of them have been up beat lately. Even my favorite nurse practitioner cardiologist that I look forward to seeing was kind of down in our last visit. I don't think their managers are being very supportive of the stress this COVID stress places on everybody. So thanks for the upbeat and informative videos. Hope you are having a great day !

Thank you Dr. Gupta. You touched a very important and overlooked subject. Five years ago, after an AF episode, I was referred to a cardiologist. I was shocked upon entering the clinic to see the patients sitting in two rows, nobody talking, everybody looking glum, and that was before the pandemic. You are so right, we are not just cardiac patients. In fact, when they talk about the centenarians living in the blue zones they talk about the food they consume. How about the sense of community and the joy of sharing a good meal or a joke with family and friends... God bless you Dr. Gupta.

Why, Oh why aren't all doctors trained the way this doctor was ???. I don't know where he studied or who influenced him but it's a real shame that other doctors are not trained in the same manner. I am so impressed with his whole body/logical approach to medicine and the way he presents medical issues to patients. If more doctors were like this I think the world would be a much healthier place and people wouldn't resist going to the doctor so much. Many patients resist doctor visits for fear of being " put down" or confused or simply feeling like they don't understand what is happening to their bodies because the doctor doesn't respect them enough to explain what is happening or how to handle it. They simply write a prescription and send them on their way...confused, depressed and feeling hopelessly alone with their diagnosis. Bravo Doctor Gupta....you are what medicine was MEANT to be .... your patients are so lucky to have you !!!! Becky

I feel better, sleep better, think better, and have more energy on an ultra low carb diet but after a month or so develop PVCs. What is the mechanism of that diet that causes that symptom? I've had to resort to beta blockers or reintroduction of carbohydrates but since I had covid PVCs have been spiking 20 to 30000 per day unmedicated. 5000 per day with heavy magnesium and beta blockers. Thanks for acknowledging this. Doctor has recently discovered heart problems pvc that I truly truly believe is cause from a broken heart (emotion and mental) problem I struggle with daily. Just keep trying how to get beyond it. It will likely cause early demise.

Thank you for this informative video and for your strong conviction and understanding of the correlation of depression and heart disease. But mostly for having a holistic view of medical practices and approach. Everything is connected and all doctors, Healthcare professionals, should have this mindset. Thank you and God bless.

Suffered severe depression after quad bypass in 2011 at age 46, due to my nature of work, depression is a constant battle. From what I have read and what Dr. Sanjay says, it reinforces my belief the next heart attack could be round the corner, due to my frequency of depression. However, I exercise (no matter how hard it is to start ), this is my saviour it lifts the depression and will hopefully keep the heart going a bit longer. Glad to hear Dr. Sanjay has brought up mental health related to heart health. Thanks Dr.!

Love the shirt. I feel yes depression is possibly affecting my recovery from ablation as I’m fearful of exercising and raising my heart rate Little support from GP practice as one can never see them. I’m definitely not being treated holistically
Your video inspires me though. Thanks

You might at some stage do a video on so called short coupled ectopics? Are they something we should be worried about? I know they are extremely uncommon!

I wish doctors in the US had your philosophy about treating their patients as a whole person. I have dysautonomia and POTS and it has taken almost four years to diagnose because they’ve been treating each symptom by a different specialist and never got to the root cause because they weren’t seeing me as a whole person

We need more Docs like you, it’s a crying shame that the medical field isn’t evolving in line with technology and the information we now have available to us. I believe it to be down to profits over health. The mental and the physical aren’t grouped together. It’s sad

Thank you for the Video - very appropriate at this moment with lockdown etc. I hope it will help and urge people to do things to make them feel happier.
I hope to get back into listening to my fave music and taking walks (although it is winter here in Argentina!) I needed a boost and you just gave it... x

Thanks from South Africa for being such a great, caring Cardiologist, truly one of a kind!. My brain chemistry changed after my eventual ,correct
diagnosis of Microvascular Angina. It is probably from a combination of chronic pain and loss of quality of life! CBT was of no help so I’ve had to take Cymgen.
