Everyone has been bashing OU for their loses by 3 this past season. OU would have at last taken most of those games to overtime for a chance to win, if their field goal kicker didn’t miss so many field goals this past season. With a good FG kicker they might have only lost two games this past season. Something to think about…..
Oklahoma should have stuck to the run in the 1st half. Lebby kept calling plays having Gabriel dance around back there, which wasn't working. 8 or 9 sacks in a game? Come on. I'm not sure Gabriel has what it takes, but he did show lots of poise and guts in the 2nd half. He has to get better and quicker on his reads. FSU got the refs favor in this one, no doubt, unsurprisingly. Best of luck to him, but I'm so glad Broiles is gone. Uggy was invisible in this one, glad he's gone too. Bowman played a great game. Can't wait for Kanek to start. I think STuts, Bowman and Downs gonna tear it up next year. Our O-line needs some work. Penalties and turnovers killed this game for OU. And FSU was heavily favored. If OU can clean its game up, and I think they will, we have a lot to look forward to in 2023. But FSU played a good game. The football Gods were on their side in this one. Boomer!
