- 33 years ago this coming December, ex-Beatle John Lennon was murdered outside of his apartment building in New York City. This video is a tribute to John, and to the Beatles, as seen from Ringo's perspective.
The song, "Photograph" is from Ringo Starr's 1973 solo album, "RINGO" and features George Harrison on guitar and backing vocals. This was the last time all 4 Beatles appeared on one album until "The Beatles Anthology" some 20 years later.

I lost my bestfriend a brother when i had no one , we had kids started growing old and i lost him to a heart attack, I think of him every day this song helps me heal

the beatles Forever
When the Beatles unravelled the only 2 that stayed as friends/brothers were George and Ringo! They always enjoyed each other and have surely both known pain and grief! That they collaborated so many times simply proves what they had/have was a lot deeper than the Beatles as a group! Over time it now appears that Paul has come to realize what he had lost and has patched things up with Ringo. Sadly Paul by the time he realized what had been lost John and then George were gone!
This masterpiece should be a wonderful reminder to us all that there comes a time when “all we have is a photograph”! So to anyone I would encourage you to do exactly what George and Ringo did for each other; much of which I suspect we will never know!!
Paul mentioned that he and John patched things up before John was assassinated. Yoko pulled Paul to the side and told Paul that John loved him.

Such good memories, loved the Beatles. Often think what John would have done later in life if he was given that chance. Really sad ending for such an original human.

It’s a tragedy that is felt JUST as deeply today, as it was on December 8, 1980! The freak that took his life should have gotten the death penalty!! Unfortunately, we don’t have that option in NYS!

Yes, Soo, this was made some years before John died.. touching video. However I don't feel John, Ringo, and George ever held each other and not want to not let go etc.. this is totally about a heart broken (lost a girlfriend) love song...
