I just turned 68, I grew up during the time of the most amazing rock and roll music. My granddaughter likes that I can sing to almost all of their songs. I ❤ the Beatles.
66 here, my dad was a radio DJ when the Beatles hit America. Changed my life forever. I have adult kids, but no grandkids. My kids know what to do with my vinyl albums when I'm gone.
You should watch the movie Yesterday if you haven't yet. Such a good movie and the Beatles play a big part of it. I wish my dad was still around. I would love to watch it with him. This album takes me back to the 70's when I was just a tiny boy.
I grew up with Beatles music, Rolling Stones, Kinks, Donovan, Hendrix and countless others. There will never be another musical period and great, suburb band like the great Beatles. Long live their music. I'm 72 years old and still enjoy them. 👍😃❤️🎼🎶🎤🎸🥁 👍
To add, a beautiful thing is they are still as popular and loved as ever. I see pictures of young musicians with Beatles posters and album covers all over their walls. They are like 15 years old some even younger. And to think Paul wrote "When I'm 64" and a 64 year old nowadays could be consider a kid to him. Bottom line is their greatness has been proven timeless. Such an incredible feat when you consider they were pretty much four working class lads from Liverpool who were fine with playing covers in dive bars for beer money.
I am 70 years old and have been a Beatles fan since 1963. I fell in love with them when I heard the song "If I Fell" in a full, beautiful sound in the movie A Hard Day's Night. This LP I have the original Parlophone as well as the one released in Russia - exactly like here in this presentation. Recently, I bought Revolver Mix 2022 because it's mixed well and it's also great to listen to the song "Taxman" on headphones. Oh, I hear that "Nowhere Man" is badly recorded here. Sounds perfect on my album. Tom from Poland
Curious why above list of songs it says: The Word Harmonium by George Martin? The song is called The Word and it was written by Lennon/ McCartney and lead singer was was mostly John. Yes George Martin produced it, but he produced all of their recordings then. Explanation for wrong title and credits??
@@lisadc4681 It's just a mistake of the presenter because I have an identical disc in the same edition and there is no such data on it. He probably wanted to be accurate and searched for something on the Internet and matched something that has nothing to do with this song. Regards

This was the transition album to becoming more experimental. They were the musical background to my young life. I measured all music by them at one time, but they gave me my musical ear, allowing me to expand to more diverse musical concepts and compasistions, but they are still in my top 5. George was my favorite along with Ringo since I love percussives.
@@jaydemo5792 George was overshadowed by Paul, but more John until he introduced the sitar, which now made him stand out and I believe at that point he developed his very distinct sound. That slide sound, that as soon as you heard that, you knew it was Harrison playing. Less on the Beatles songs, but all over his music that would follow post Beatles.

Love "Rubber Soul" and the album "Revolver". Which was released a year later, in 1966. It's almost like they should've been put together as a double album, too!!
I still have this vinyl record, but it's been years since I played it. This looks like a direct drive turntable in the video; that's what I use to own many years ago. The direct drive tables were able to greatly reduce background noises like hiss, wow and flutter-- but after all these years, it's great to hear that hiss in the background again! Today's digital recordings have taken some of the authenticity out of those original recordings! It was fun to hear that again!
Exactly! Because whenever it says "Remastered" they put it in stereo. These songs were recorded and mixed in MONO by Sir George Martin. Because all the cars those days had one radio speaker. The best way to listen Beatles albums pre 1970 is in mono.
@Raúl Saavedra Violante probably you’re right. I was in a hurry the day I wrote this so it may have been stereo. My only point was the albums that were mixed in Mono sound best in mono the ones in stereo in stereo. Nice connecting here.
Use BALLISTOLgun oil on a soft cloth, move in circular move on the record.(cleans all the nodules of aged deposits). Take an ocular ,a loupe ,remove the SURE needle of recordplayer, clean the needle point of the accumulated hardened dust particles with a Stanley spare or a single razor blade. Guaranteed the old glorious crisp sound is back ! But be gentle ,no oafings & klutsings, abour of love, remember
Rubber Soul was a turning point in musical and production aspects for the Beatles. When you play a little with the balance, you can hear how The Beatles recorded the album, i.e. how their producer George Martin turned all their ideas into magic, recording only on 4 channels. Absolutely brilliant and still fresh after almost 60 years. Thanks mate!

Love this album! My favorite…….
Thank God the radio hasn't ruined it😊😊
I have this album and The Beatles are my favorite pop group
I'm a musician heavily influenced by the Beatles and Nowhere Man is probably my favorite Beatles song,to me it's a perfect song, great vocals with wonderful harmonies,a beautiful arrangement, brilliant lyrics,a perfect guitar solo with even a perfect ending, perfect. Bob
It always dumbfounds me how a song like Nowhere Man was written way back then.
The whole album has that feeling, that's why it's my favorite
August 1964 14 yrs old my very 1st concert ever the BEATLES 😎 at the Las Vegas convention. My mind hasn't been the same since... Thank God
Lucky man! My first concert was 1978 Aerosmith in Atlanta at 16 years old.
Mum and Sad (sic) saw the Beatles at the Odeon Cinema (capacity 300 seats) in Nottingham in 1963, when I was 1 year old. I remain jealous.
You're a legend.
I like the song No Where Man ! Very good song 😃❤️.
Personal favorite, here also.
listened to this album continuously when I was ten years old.
the music that shaped me. 🤷🏼♀️
Ok! The best Always. I Love Beatles.
I listened to this album on vinyl in 1979. I can hear scratches. It is a delight. Thank you.❤

Моя первая и самая любимая пластинка. Учился в 7 классе когда услышал. 70 год прошлого века. Лучик света в сером царстве.
И чююю светит;!
И моя
Я здесь
All right
Uno de los mejores álbumes del grupo (Alma de Goma, en español).
I am 74 born in liverpool we treat the boys as brothers brought my 4 kids up with there music still love them there in are DNA
me too, same age, loved this album the best.
I was 13 when I heard Rubber Soul and stopped, this was no teeny bopper music. What was happening to me, something big. I was quiet, then In My Life came on. It still makes me cry.
Quite right
Cool
Well Said...........I feel exactly the same. 60 years later.
There will never be a group to compare to the Beatles!
I saw the Beatles when they first came on Ed Sullivan. They were great then and still are today.
When I heard the Beatles for the first time I woke up their talent is a dream of every musician
I became aware that their greatness would not stop .
Well said!
I got this album in 65 when it came out. I was 9 years old. I still have it.
Tem prá ninguem. Fui.
One of the best albums!
Битлс всегда будет жить в моём сердце...это годы моей молодости.
O TAIP!!!!!!🥰
БитлЗ
Im 68 and why wouldn't i still love these guys 😊
I am 69. I think back on 1969.
Beatles and nostalgia. A day of dreams all done and over done.
Forgotten and yet in hearing, coming back to mind.
i'm gonna be 78. so many years. so many artists. listened and enjoyed them all. but i've gone full circle.. and now, once again... the beatles. and all is right again with the world.
Start of their golden period with Revolver at the peak.
Sin lugar a dudas juanto a Revolver sus mejores discos
I guess I stopped looking . Pink Floyd is great , but I quit looking for a GOAT band . You do you .
George's guitar is simply outta' this world........
I remember the day I first saw this album cover. Listening to it was heaven. I’m glad I was able to teen in the 60’s & the music
Beatles Forever
One of their best albums ! 😊
Not perfect times, not the best times... but it is hard to imagine times being too bad when music like this was flooding the airwaves.
Thank you for uploading the Beatles Songs..
We are listening to the real voice of Beatles..
My absolute favourite Album from the fab Beatles thank you for making my 60s special

Спасибо огромное! Прямо ощущение как сорок,Боже мой,лет назад. Впервые услышал Битлов в 83-м. Сразу не понравились..За то потом,когда допер, что это- лучшая музыка в мире по сей день!.. это- чистая энергия.

I love the words n this song.. very simple that was Love n only love..what a beautiful song.🎉
What song are you talking about
the beatles eternos . maravillosos

Take an ocular ,a loupe ,remove the SURE needle of recordplayer, clean the needle point
of the accumulated hardened dust particles with a Stanley spare or a single razor blade.
The Best Band in the Land😎
Eerrrmmmm. UNIVERSE. !!!
The Beatles changed the world of music! Rock on Beatles Fans❤❤❤❤❤
The engineer was a genius....
Thanks Captain Obvious!
