I watch some videos where Korean girls try to teach but they are not native English speakers and they don't make it easy at ALL. You actually speak clearly and try to emphasize the pronunciation clearly so thank you.
There is Formal types for elderlies, people that are older than you, and strangers. Informal is for friends, siblings, people who are younger than you.
Really good video. Most other videos/websites sound really weird in the audio like robots, but you sound really great because you're talking completely normally as a native speaker I assume.

이름은 and 이르믄 pronounce the same way, but it's correctly spelled 이름은. If there is a consonant in the third position of a syllable it will connect with the first vowel of the next syllable, if the next syllable starts with o.

How come it is taught differently? I am taking classes and how I was taught to say My name is, 내 이름은 _______ 여 요. I was wondering what the difference is and if that means what I learned is wrong or if theres other ways of saying it?
