@@frightfactoryYT building those connections Is the hardest part for me. I cant just hit up people and link my stuff like that. I'm kind of at a stand still
@@frightfactoryYT Ion even know how to network properly, ppl always saying network but never really say HOW to network you know what i mean, I struggle approaching ppl since I don't wanna seem like a weirdo n shit
This is incredible because my coworker does music videos for local rappers and we already connected just on some cool shit, and yes he knows all the artists city wide, the advice is awesome, greatest channel ever!
I've been sayin this for a minute!! Find local talent and build together! Everything visual has audio as well and they need you just as much as you need them!!
I'm in St. Pete, and it's rough... everyone wants free beats. I gave a few away, they made a mix-tape, burned it to CD, and smoked out to it. Step your game up, we did... we aligned with Microsoft. Harvest Media Company
Harvest Media Company ain’t nothing wrong with giving out free beats. If an artist doesn’t buy that beat outright you can still legally sell it to an artist who will buy it. Anything to get your babe out there.
I collaborate with a band In Australia, we met on SoundCloud. The Internet is an invaluable asset for communication. If the locals are absent, use social media to non-localize your catalog. It's all on you, not them... Harvest Media Company

Trill Bans Focus on one rapper that isnt too big but still knows the bigger rappers and once you get a placement with him, check up on him every once in a while ask him who he working with and from there he can put you on with another one and also definitely keep looking on rappers stories on ig a lot of shit can happen from ig nothing of mine really happened through youtube. my best advice is to make people want your beats by sending them a snippet of you cooking up n saying "you want this when I finish it?" that got me in contact with ambjaay and really just keep your beats simple and something anyone would think is easy to rap to. keep grinding bro it'll pay off
Placement is lowkey the hardest thing to do
WellFed true but just gotta have some fyee beats, some connections, and build a relationship.

On a 1.3 million city? Bro my hometown has 12k and there are some rappers. There has to be a shit ton of people to work with over there.
Australians don’t rap (there is a small Aussie rap scene but it’s ass 😂)
