  • A teen Boca Bash reveler apologized for other boaters dumping trash into the ocean. “I wish I could have been off of that boat," The 15-year-old told a local TV station. The teen says he was at the front of the boat and did not see his friends emptying two containers full of garbage into the water. They were partying at Boca Bash, which is an annual spring festival in Boca Raton, Florida. Although authorities know the identities of some involved, so far no charges have been filed.

As an Uber driver of 5 years, I've had more trash thrown in my car than these guys threw inti the ocean. The wash near my home is saturated with trash from the homeless and neighbors. Drivers flick their cigarettes out the windows. Truck drivers sometimes don't secure their loads and it flies out in the wind.
Seriously why do people care about this ONE random incident all of a sudden?

And charge them for underage drinking, plus no life jackets. They went out there to ditch their empty booze containers...

I'll never understand how someone can toss a piece of garbage on the side of the road. Or a couple of containers full of trash in the ocean. This is the stuff of Beevus and Butthead. NY state put a deposit on all bottles and cans several years ago, you won't see a discarded bottle anywhere! All states should adopt this, it would really help!
