As far as field testing for alcohol goes, I’d fail miserably! I have Menears disease #1. It’s a narrowing of the inner ear canal. I’ve had so many inner ear infections, I loose my balance if I turn to quickly. #2, I’ve had back surgery they did wrong. I can’t stand on either of my feet one at a time. My only hope would be the breathalyzer. I don’t/can’t drink because of medicine interactions.

Which I admit I should have pulled over but stupid me thought "6 more blocks... 4 more blocks..." +cue lights+ never drove that tired again. But they thought I was drunk at first. Thankfully the cop was nice and while I had drank 3 High Noons (seltzer) about 8 hours earlier, my level was so low, I wasn't drunk. She said she could choose to arrest me but didn't believe I was drunk and believed me that I was tired.

The odd thing about sobriety tests for a DUI is the handcuffs go on at the end no matter how one does during the tests it’s only the alcohol breath test that can prove one’s innocence being less than .08 or .00 but that takes time for a blood test to come back with the results

I knew a guy who was a snitch for police but he had asked me to “store” some speakers for him bc he didn’t have a place for them. I told him “no” and then called the police. They arrested him on the toilet and didn’t even let him flush. His gf came home and discovered the toilet mess

I drove mixer trucks for CalMat and no way an 11 year old could drive one unless it was empty and an automatic transmission which they do make. As far as being able to "reach the pedals" no problem they have air adjustable seats.
