This track took too long, and probably could have been out a month ago, had I not wanted to do something more with it. I wanted to make it about something. I've built up a desire to make every track I post valuable in some way, to have some profound meaning in the viewing experience. I've forced this way of thinking onto my tracks in an attempt to obtain the magical coincidence that the track started out as X but inherits a profound discussion of Y.
I've learned that this rarely happens, and I only will achieve this desire through precise planning and thoughtful creative strategy. I've also found that I lack the patience and passion to do this regularly. All power to those that do. For me, Line Rider is a new way of experimenting with the digital medium, born out of a passion for problem-solving, computer graphics, and music. This is why this track will remain an aesthetic tech demo and nothing but. I've learned to find value in it for my own sake.

i LOVE daft punk this rocks
super cool animations too
First time seeing this type of track, pretty cool!
I very much relate to your description, some of us just aren't built to make what the current idea of a "good track" is
that being said, the ideas that you try, what you use to make them, and what you end up putting out are so unique and interesting.
oh yeah, good track too, love the post processing
I'm glad (not at your expense) that you found it relatable, and I agree that there is this shifting community bias of what quantifies a "good" track. Regardless of this bias, I hope you're able to find value in your work for its own sake. It's a gamble whether others will find value in it, but only you can determine what value it holds for you.
this is so real (great track!)
insane as always
this is really cool
Love. It. !!!!
Very Cool! Did you manually use different tracks for this or is there now a LR version with an animated lines?
Thanks! In linerider.com, you can animate lines by turning on and off layers, but it takes code and there isn't any UI support for it yet.
@@Malizma333 Oh cool, didn't realize that still existed. I remember having to use Conundrumer's JS version, flash emulator, or an open source linerider app in the past.
But HOW?:)
