Starbucks Barista here! If you want to get a Nutella frap just ask for a chocolate creme with hazelnut syrup, or ask for peppermint if you want it to taste like after-eights! The "white mocha" in the Oreo one doesn't actually have coffee in it, it's just what we use for our white hot chocolates. My favourite secret menu drink is a peach green tea lemonade with strawberry syrup, so refreshing xx
I had ask for the cafe misto with a pump of chocolate a pump with hazelnut and caramel drizzle and I thought it was going to cold but it was hot 😭😭 Did I say something wrong for it to be hot

As long as you know the recipe they will make it. The main issue is a lot of the ingredients are US only so they can only work with the UK ingredients best they can 😊 like the cotton candy one here, Starbucks don't have raspberry sauce in the UK but do in the US so they have to use strawberry here - hope this helps!
