Shree Soni you should mix a tablespoon with lemon juice (real lemon) and create a paste. Use in a circular motion in the problem area and you’ll see a difference. I used this to help with darkness. You will need to switch deodorants to one without aluminum, try the Dove skin tone corrector deodorant.

It's may be hives because of sun burn .Take anti allergic or anti histamine drugs better once visit physician and use sunscreen lotion .
You are allergic to the sun...I know 2 people with the same problem. Keep skin covered and use strong spf sun block
