I totally agree, Prime Video has put out this video with no names of the shows or these great actresses, why bother at all if can't direct the viewers with at least the names of the THIER shows.

I don't remember where I heard this, but I once heard that the best written feminist icons in shows and movies are 1s where 1) They don't constantly advertise the fact that they're woman, 2) They are characters that would work regardless if the character was male or female. The example given was Riply from the Alien films; she is an iconic female hero/lead not just because she's a woman but because she's well written and developed, but she doesn't have to keep reminding the audience that she's a woman and for the most part her character would be the same if her actor was male. Clarke Griffin from The CW's The 100 is another great/more modern example of a strong feminist (as well as LGBT) icon, because of the fact that she's a well written and developed protagonist.
It's hilarious that people are triggered by the title alone. "Women?! Over my dead body" It's bandwagon bullshit
Media pushed themself into a corner. At first it was a opportunity for making more great pr, then it was a movement and now everyone is pissed about it because it is only females are good and men are bad.
In real life women were constantly reminded that they were women if they tried to do anything "unusual". Maybe not in the far future world that Alien is set it, but in not too distant past in this world, it's unrealistic to ignore it.

If we just let women REST and casually have leads where nobody thinks twice about a badass female and we don’t have to make compilations about it, only then we can actually start to see equity. Does anyone actually watch this show? Boys, Goliath, Picard, even the bold type and many others I have found brilliant but this one just nothing going on for me and everyone I ask pretty much says the same thing. How this got now I think 4 seasons and multiple Emmys and good girls revolt didn't get renewed I have no clue.
