Whilst we don't show you the full process of how to repair the roof (It's quite involved and not straight-forward to film) we wanted to show you the before and after of what is possible if you have a BMW that is suffering from the dread carbon fibre roof failing.

How much does this cost and where are you located??
Most roof repairs start from about £2000 but really depends on the damage and what’s required. It takes a good couple of weeks to sort out as well.
We’re quite booked up at the moment (months in advance for this) but worth getting in touch through the main website and somebody can come back to you.

My m4 has a weird mark on the roof it’s not broken clear coat tho it got a slight mark that looks like sun shining of a watch do you think that can be sorted?

Lacquer as in clear coat? Didn't realize you could do that by hand.
That’s right. The clear on the roof once failed can often be peeled off, sometimes it does have to be sanded however.
Yes lacquer is also known as clear coat. Once the repair had been completed the car went to our bodyshop to be fully sprayed and lacquered. We didn’t film this aspect as didn’t want to potentially damage our filming equipment! What you saw being done by hand was resin being applied where the carbon had been damaged.

Probably best not to get people to attempt fixing this. Consequences if you don’t have the skill or knowledge could be pretty bad…
