7g (0.25 oz) dry yeast
10g (0.35 oz) sugar
9g (0.31 oz) salt
510g (18 oz) wheat flour
75g (2.6 oz) butter
Knead and set aside in a warm place for 60 - 90 minutes (time may vary depending on the room temperature)
Form
Leave in a warm place for 40 - 80 minutes (time may vary depending on room temperature)
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 230°C (446°F)
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 190°C (374°F)
