Recover UNSAVED Excel File | & Recover PREVIOUS VERSION of Excel File That Has Been Saved Over

In this video I demonstrate:
1) How to recover an Excel workbook that has never been saved
2) How to restore a previous version of an Excel file that has been saved over
These methods will work for most versions of Excel including Excel 365 and workbooks saved on OneDrive or SharePoint.

hi i want to know, what if i copy and paste another file onto my current file?
For example, i have a file in D drive and i copied and paste it to my file in C drive. both file have the same name. will i still be able to recover the file from C drive?

I think the version tracking and recovery can only be done with MS Office 2019 and newer and only if saved on SharePoint for Mac and One drive for PC.
